27/7/2007 14:06 | "M. In view of 508 I thought you needed clarification. fido - I have told you who has the stock". My post #508 did not require any clarification. If Morton or Tchenguiz bought the balance of Hesters 5m shares then this would need to be announced via an RNS. So far this has not appeared but the purchases by Mears and Hume have already been announced. I think that it's quite probable that Morton and/or Tchenguiz have acquired these shares but until this is confirmed nobody can be certain of this. Therefore unless you can provide corroborating evidence to substantiate the new ownership of these shares please desist from making arrogant and absolute assertions like "I have told you who has the stock". If you're claiming to "know for sure" then post the evidence on this thread ! | masurenguy
27/7/2007 13:49 | Phillis, I don`t doubt you, all I am saying is that we have not had it confirmed by an RNS yet. As for implications it has to be noted that Mr Morton topped up on PGS not so long ago. If the near 20% has gone to him then we could be very near a bid situation. Either way Mr Morton is one of the most canny investors in town. If he has indeed topped up yet again then that is confidence indeed and shows what we already know that this company has a very bright future going forward. | fido
27/7/2007 13:32 | M In view of 508 I thought you needed clarification fido - I have told you who has the stock. What are the implications of existing investors buying more? | phillis
27/7/2007 13:26 | We are getting off track here. The point is that someone has picked up a very large stake in the company at an important stage in its developement. It is this that is the important issue. | fido
27/7/2007 13:11 | "Correct -trying to make it simple for you" Why would you think that it needs to be made simple for me ? In fact it was your description of the process that was wrong and I corrected it ! | masurenguy
27/7/2007 13:04 | Correct -trying to make it simple for you -still gone to Morton et al | phillis
27/7/2007 12:52 | Actually the obligation is on the buyer to notify the company whose shares they have bought or sold (if it constitutes a notifiable interest) and then it is the company who has the responsibility to notify the market. If the buyer/seller is domiciled overseas then they cannot be compelled to notify the company and either they do so by voluntarily complying with the Exchange Rules or they don't bother to notify anyone at all. | masurenguy
27/7/2007 11:47 | Masurenguy The obligation is on the buyer to notify the Echange - they have 3 days i.e. until Monday | phillis
27/7/2007 11:01 | 'old on to yer hat and enjoy the ride'. | androyd
27/7/2007 10:52 | As already stated there are over 5 million shares that have changed hands and have yet to be accounted for. With 27 million shares in issue, that is a large stake. It therefore means that we must be due another RNS. With HIPS due to go live on August 1st this would seem to be a very opertune time for stakebuilding. With the share price continuing north it would seem that something is on the cards and this is likely to result in a re reating of the shares as prospects become aparent. | fido
27/7/2007 10:07 | Up yet again today, it looks like we're now in an upward trend with plenty of positives in the pipeline, things are starting to look very interesting. | androyd
26/7/2007 21:17 | I'm prepared to believe Phillis's statement, she called it right with the Hesters so i've no reason to doubt her last offering. | androyd
26/7/2007 20:55 | Latest director dealings list from DL shows that Julie Hestor sold 5,504,594 shares at 70p and that Jon Mears and David Holme collectively bought 450,000 at 70p. So who bought the other 5,054,594 shares ? If it was Morton or Tchenguiz then it would or should have been reported with these other director transactions today ! | masurenguy
26/7/2007 18:52 | The Audiotel website has been updated but there doesn't seem to be any new news. | androyd
26/7/2007 17:42 | "Phillis - 26 Jul'07 - 504 of 505: Morton/Tchenguiz" Is that factual (and can be substantiated) or just speculation ? Nice to see blue here today amidst a sea of red ! | masurenguy
26/7/2007 16:47 | Hope you're right again Phillis. | androyd
26/7/2007 16:45 | Morton/Tchenguiz | phillis
26/7/2007 15:21 | Well, that announcement makes the picture a bit clearer and very encouraging to see a fairly decent chunk of the stake taken by 2 director purchases. Not sure about the balance of the Hester stake but presumably that will have to be announced soon. | truffle
26/7/2007 10:26 | Hester family stake bought by existing investors | phillis
26/7/2007 08:52 | No trading at all so far this morning ! | masurenguy
26/7/2007 08:19 | I think something is afoot here, whatever it may be, i think we're likely to see some action over the next few weeks, HIPS are introduced next week and it's the AGM the following week when we should also see a trading update for the first quarter. | androyd
26/7/2007 08:15 | Over 13m shares traded yesterday and hardly any change in the share price. Does anyone have any idea what that was all about ? | masurenguy
26/7/2007 08:04 | Tick up already!! | androyd
25/7/2007 17:59 | What you are seeing in the 'Trades' are both sides of several of the same transactions (both buys and sells)........but, nevertheless, more than 20% of the company seems to have changed hands.......no doubt it will all become clear when the announcement comes. There are further large matching trades on Plus Market as well! | beauuk |
