A great announcement but what is missing is the extent to which Spot On will take equity (they already hold shares in Providence)and where the money will come from. However, a consortium of that quality would have no problem raising the cash. Will Spot on take equity in the Barryroe field itself or Providence I wonder? And what about Lansdowne? Spot on haven't bought any shares in Lansdowne.

Mick, Not really as Maersk is a wholly owned subsidiary of Total and works independently. They are specialists in deep difficult waters and a great addition to this incredible team Alan and Spoton have assembled for Barryroe development.

I have not held PVR for over at least a year, probably up to 18 months. I will not be investing for personal reasons.

I would like to say good luck to all long term holders and you all eventually make a good profit based on today excellent believable RNS.

Maybe the stale bulls will begin to feel a little more confident now. Think a few that are in much higher up may look to average down now. So tightly held, this could get interesting today.
