AIM, Good find indeed.
Rich, Will we ever forget the moment Tone told us at the AGM last September that he gets up at 3am every morning to ring the bank in China to see if the elusive APEC $10m had by some miracle arrived. The look of jawdropping shock in the room said it all.....

A hugely significant reason for using SpotOn for the FO is because they are a Norwegian based company. As a result they can take advantage of the Norwegian export credit facility which was set up in 2012 offering state backed competitive financing for projects globally.https://www.eksportkreditt.no/en/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwjer4BRCZARIsABK4QeXPuB6Ev1HxzflsMkRebYs6o8DGyYrvLa1aiFMtHE2QY_Q4Sz8GhHgaAvWAEALw_wcB

AIMBagger - We really need to know who these "industry professionals" and "blue chip" companies are. I haven't seen any history of SpotOn Energy except that it's listed as a "dormant" company in it's last accounts registered at Companies House. At the moment it just sounds like the Chinese deal over again.

Yes Divmad, they need the intellectual property rights for the service companies in order to be able to use their logos on the website/in presentations etc. Once these are all in place they can release the partner details.

SpotOn is made up of industry professionals that have many years experience at different levels, they're not just a group of solicitors. The CEO worked for over 12 years with Schlumberger. Therefore they are very well connected and hence able to put blue chip consortiums together for projects such as Barryroe. The consortium will have companies with expertise in drilling and production. As we are looking at a carbon neutral development it wouldn't surprise me to see Aker Solutions part of the equation which would be massive. I believe they are currently working on a couple of other development projects in the North Sea at the moment also.

He's certainly brave recommending PVR. That said it could go up another few pennies just on speculation. A few people will already have made a few quid out of the recent rise, but it's a pure punt and a very large outsider at that.

Looks like the type of company PVR normally get involved with. I wish shareholders all the best, but does this really look like the type of company that could get together a group of "blue chips"? Hat ready to be eaten if I'm proved wrong.

AIMBagger - Can you tell us anything about SpotOn? Do you know of any previous deals they have done? Surely the company must have some sort of history. PVR have been trying to get a partner to farm in Barryroe for donkeys years without success and now suddenly they have half a dozen (unnamed) "blue chip" companies interested. With PVR's history of promising the world and delivering nothing it's a little hard to believe.
