Road aka Inspector Clouseau is onto something here. Hope Alan and the BOD hears of his finding and finally gets on with inevitable RNS on identity of consortium members toute suite.

Herm,
"You will provide professional HR support and advice to Employees and Managers within the CLIENT GROUP/business unit/employees."
The reference to a client group, is enough to make me think yes.🤞

AIM, yes was typing as you posted, looks good.

PF, Agree that current deal completion is a must and the sooner the better too. What happened in the past can be put down to bad luck, lack of senior level industry experience and bad judgement calls. Current leadership is of a far superior calibre(praise the Lord).

Herm

"Plenty of time" (and there certainly has been since 2012) is something which may be questionable. As we all know this company is not overflowing with funding and tends to hover along the border of solvency and extinction. Without a positive outcome of current negotiations, 2022 could be out of reach. IMO.

Lets hope that the current negotiations now continue without any disruptions and at a better pace than in the past. I don't think PVR could survive any major set back now.

Things appear to be on track but there are still hurdles to be jumped.

regards.
