11/12/2019 13:00 | Hope this new fellas hasn't just taken on this job just because he knew he was coming up for the chop where he was, and wanted to keep a few bob coming in the door.... | funtimejonny
11/12/2019 08:33 | Who will get T O'R new office, he hasn't even had a chance to make an impression in the chair! | ddz6006
10/12/2019 19:39 | Well we still have our Donald,Vish! The anybody but 0'Reilly people relieved and now we await progress from "The Tullow Duo" | hermana3
10/12/2019 09:27 | £16500 trade, punt or inside info! | roadster750
10/12/2019 05:43 | Oilies like PVR and TLW exist to pay large sums to senior management and staff. It's probably written into the mems and arts. Scandalous really. | hsfinch
10/12/2019 05:40 | If McCoss was let loose at PVR, the company would be bankrupt in weeks. His nicknames at Tullow included "Feather", "Pledge", "Rag" and more in relation to dusters. | hsfinch
09/12/2019 19:49 | Mc Coss is a good guy to have onboard. Very experienced in the Exploration game and an able replacement for John 0'Sullivan. | hermana3
09/12/2019 18:54 | I fail to understand why a failed CEO is potentially good news for a failed business. | divmad
09/12/2019 17:00 | Closed down 72% | abudhabi123
09/12/2019 11:37 | LOL. hermana on the censored thread is getting rather excited by the fact that Angus McCoss will now be able to concentrate on PVR after resigning (getting the boot?) from TLW following the bad news RNS today. TLW share price currently down 60% today! So after his efforts at TLW (making a pigs ear of TLW?) he can now get to grips with PVR. LOL. Does hermana ever stop dreaming? | papillon
09/12/2019 10:53 | TULLOW...60% down!!! | abudhabi123
09/12/2019 07:42 | Great news for us as at a minimum Angus will be even more focussed on Providence and a co-head at a vital time. | hermana3
09/12/2019 07:33 | Wow Angus available for CEO position here then,Abu!!!! | hermana3
09/12/2019 07:21 | VERY INTERESTING!!! Paul McDade, Chief Executive Officer, and Angus McCoss, Exploration Director, have resigned from the Board of Tullow by mutual agreement and with immediate effect. | abudhabi123
08/12/2019 21:15 | Wouldn't be an easy task by any means but Joe Nally has done the near impossible before.... | hermana3
08/12/2019 20:16 | I'm sure the last few million raised was purely to pay wages. If TOR did his normal he will have had his contract paid in full. I just wonder if the chairman (who was getting 100,000 a year for working part-time) will give himself a large bonus for taking over the CEO duties! | hoper2
08/12/2019 20:13 | Herm,we are ready to go.Finance ourselves well by well and we are on the pigs back. | raisethestake1
08/12/2019 17:53 | Piece in today's Sunday Times points out Providence has two choices for financing Barryroe. Find a new equity partner or raise the finance themselves. What would a drill campaign at Barryroe cost in 2020? With an industry player in charge here the market could be receptive to funding Barryroe.... | hermana3
08/12/2019 11:29 | Yes massive tax losses to avail of as well. Hope Pat and Angus have either a Barryroe farmin partner or a buyer in mind. Having Tony out of the picture is a big help in either process. | hermana3
08/12/2019 11:21 | agree with the 5 p - and the tax asset correspond to 3p. | srvsrv
08/12/2019 11:18 | Sr, Would agree with that valuation. Spanish Point, Celtic Sea licences, Diablo,Avalon and Dunquin worth at least another 5p. So a reserve on the bidding at 25p seems fair. Will Pat go for an auction or a new CEO? | hermana3
08/12/2019 10:57 | GD, Yes in hindsight PVR should have left the big uns till after drilling Barryroe and Spanish Point. Both these assets are still in place and we will either be taken out or find a new boss to work on these drills. A take out seems more likely as serious capital is required to drill and develop these two. | hermana3 |
