17/1/2020 19:39 | Jonny, Pat has found a CEO quickly and hopefully on a realistic salary. Noow we have to wait to see if he can do what Tony failed to do in last 8 years. | hermana3
17/1/2020 11:26 | Yes, it is a bit strange that we don't know what happened to the Chinese deal and why no funds were ever received and why not even an explanation? Is it possible it was Chinese conmen traders (presumably they first bought shares in PVR) then orchestrated the ruse to raise the share price and then sold knowing nothing was ever going to happen? What else could it have been? | nick rubens
16/1/2020 19:06 | Since the discovery of Barryroe we have been subjected to a number of false dawns and the person responsible for them has cleared his desk and walked away. There has been no explanation, throughout this extended period, as to exactly why things have gone so badly wrong, if what we were originally led to believe had any credence whatsoever. Having said that Barryroe is still a factor, if a partner can be found, so one must ask the question what is it that has caused this negativity and prevented a valid deal being finalised. There have been several theories offered over the years but some of those have been discounted by the board. So what is the truth. Then why is it we have gone from companies knocking TOR's door down, during the hype of discovery and £7 a share, to a situation whereby a Chinese company had apparently signed a deal but couldn't stump up $9mil dollars to get things rolling, at 3.5p per share. Where has the TOR prediction of production by 2015 all gone wrong. Why did the Chinese fail to follow through and why, if the contract was legal and signed, are we not doing something to recover much needed capitol, by way of Breach of Contract, which would not have been spent if the funding had not been promised. Why have we not been afforded some kind of explanation as to why the $9mil never reached our bank when, week after week and many missed deadlines, we were assured by TOR that it was in the pipeline and he had seen the proof of it. What explanation did the Chinese give. All this together with funds wasted on two negative drills when alternatives would have seemed more likely and productive, the sale of our only producing asset to fund them are all factors contributing to the ongoing decline. Even the press and brokers have failed to give any explanation as to what has occurred and the only sensible thing to understand is TOR's resignation. It must have been a great worry off his mind. He just keeps winning. regards and still hoping for a miracle. | peaeff
