31/12/2019 08:21 | bennywin - perhaps you should read today's RNS again? Btw i speak as a long term holder who has every reason to be sceptical. | redprince
31/12/2019 07:39 | Why would anyone be invested in this is totally beyond me. Those sales numbers are farcical, just like they have been every year. | bennywin
27/12/2019 14:34 | the suffering continues, or are we about to see a change as the last raise was small and for working capital, if they had needed more surely they would have done a bigger raise. | twodegrees
24/12/2019 15:09 | That's great - thanks very much! | routy
24/12/2019 14:17 | Routy, There are several patents for FF but this was taken from the annual results. "Intellectual property The Company is responsible for filing and maintaining patents and trade marks for Fruitflow as part of the Alliance Agreement with DSM, and patent coverage for Fruitflow now includes the following patent families: • Improved Fruitflow / Fruit Extracts, which was granted by the European Patent Office in January 2017. The patent has been granted in seven other major territories to include China, and patent applications are at a late stage of progression in a further seven global territories, with potential patent protection out to November 2029. • Antihypertensive (blood pressure lowering) effects in collaboration with the University of Oslo, which have now been granted for Fruitflow in Europe and three other major territories. Patent applications are being progressed in a further five major territories to include the US and China, with potential patent protection out to April 2033. • The use of Fruitflow with nitrates in mitigating exercise-induced inflammation and for promoting recovery from intense exercise. The patent was first granted by the UK IPO (Intellectual Property Office) in May 2017, and a further patent was granted in Australia in December 2018. Patents are being sought in Europe, the US, China and eleven other territories, with potential patent protection out to December 2033. • The use of Fruitflow in protecting against the adverse effects of air pollution on the body’s cardiovascular system, which extends potential patent protection for Fruitflow out to November 2037. Recent laboratory work has shown that Fruitflow can reduce the platelet activation caused by airborne particulate matter, such as that from diesel emissions, by approximately one third." | gix er
24/12/2019 12:58 | Great to see the increase today.Does anyone know how long the patent for fruitflow lasts? Thanks and Happy Christmas! | routy
20/12/2019 09:57 | Anything is possible ... i do not know much about the dark art of market making if i am being honest. They will work moves to suit their agenda and work the bid and the offer to that purpose. | redprince
20/12/2019 07:58 | dare I suggest, the 15000000 trade at 4.29pm as a buy, could it be the mm's worked the price down in the afternoon so as to get the trade away or am I being totally delusional. | twodegrees
20/12/2019 07:55 | It is good to share thoughts, let us hope that the results this year are better. | twodegrees
20/12/2019 07:08 | Two degrees...I cannot rely on the stated buys and sells being reported accurately...they often show up the wrong way round! I am not saying you are wrong but why would the mm's want to push the price down other than to encourage selling so they can accumulate stock? I know my position as a long term here and have never traded this.I know what price I would buy at and have a very rough idea of a minimum price that I would consider selling. What the mm's do on between is almost irrelevant to me. I will agree it looks fishy but in the absence of more conclusive data that is all I can say. | redprince
19/12/2019 16:10 | redprince, I accept that your comments are valid, but look back over the last 5 years and each year a similar spike occurs and then it falls all the way back down. The market makers are not having as many sells as the buys that have gone through this week yet they have managed to reverse the up trend in to a continued fall on small sells. That to me is manipulation. | twodegrees

19/12/2019 15:57 | twodegrees - no expert on the market mechanics but i think manipulation may be too strong. They try to make a market for the shares and make money whenever they can based upon the sentiment of the market. There was no attempt to ramp by any traders so how was this manipulated? I think it shows volatility and also how quickly this could get rerated if and when earnings are promised - i mean material ones! Just my thoughts. | redprince
19/12/2019 15:31 | at this rate we will be below the placing price by 4.30 on Friday. | twodegrees
19/12/2019 15:26 | redprince I agree. but when oh when is this actually going to change for LTH. | twodegrees
19/12/2019 11:03 | i think the mm's were simply taking advantage of a perceived change in sentiment:greed and fear in evidence this last two weeks and nothing else imho. | redprince
19/12/2019 10:46 | Winner31, the price that the share price was at the time of the placing was higher than 0.40. In my view if the company is near break even then the placing should have been at a higher price, confidence in that would have steadied the ship. Now the price is falling and the small buys will not support the current price so the down trend will now continue until we get proper news. Look at the placings for the last 5 years. Everytime the share price rises and then falls. That to me smacks of manipulation, Push the price higher so that some make a profit but long term holders are never rewarded. Why do they never offer the long term holders a chance to take part in the placing.... | twodegrees
19/12/2019 09:27 | Two ways of looking at the recent fundraising - either you say they are just raising money for a bit of patent filing and the rest for the bod wage bill or you take the view that we are likely to be self sufficient within the next financial year? Aimho.Dyor. PS The level of remuneration has been excessive and unjustified for many years. | redprince
19/12/2019 09:25 | Twodegrees “If the company was recovering then placing would have been higher than 0.40”. Can you explain your thinking on that! because the truth is a company that needs less funding must be on the verge of break even , completely opposite to what you think . As I write this buyers are now coming in ! | winner31
19/12/2019 08:47 | winner 31, 8 years later and the manipulation keeps happening. No AT trades now, so it has to be manipulation for the same thing to happen again. If the company was recovering then placing would have been higher than 0.40. | twodegrees |
