03/7/2019 22:33 | You OK Winner ? Just posting "Oo" makes you sound like someone impersonating Frankie Howard ! Anyway, back on topic, I find the whole trading update in June, well, actually, did we say June we meant July bloody odd. Even for AIM, delaying an update smacks of managememt who don't really know what they're doing. Normally I'd say the odds on a delay being to try and put off bad news was better than evens, but I can't really see thst here and I'm assuming they were hoping yo have something good to say in June, but it hasn't happened yet. The cost of putting out an RNS to say "we'll be back next month" is no different to one laying out a trading update in June, which may, or may not, also give some info on what might happen in July, so I'm struggling to see the logic here ... quite posiibly, because there ain't any. Many years ago, someone over on iii kept quoting some article which described Provexis as having "mediocre management". That sounds a bit harsh, but if you replaced "mediocre" with "average" then it'd be hard to disagree. Still, quoted companies boards paying themselves well for average skills isn't really a massive surprise, and we invest in these kinds of companies as much on hope as expectation, so I shouldn't really complain, but will likely continue to do so ! 30/6/2019 12:11 | Of course but then again it’s not really up to us ,but I hope not yet . | winner31
30/6/2019 10:36 | winner - no worries and fwiw i agreee with your last post.I thought you originally were alluding to a buyout - way too early to even consider that. | redprince
30/6/2019 08:36 | Rp no I don’t think we are in buy out talks just yet ! After saying that if anyone knows of the potential for ff it’s by health , the bod have also told us that the potential income stream is a substantial multiple of current income ,most of that potential will be based on China sales. There are 2 products in for SAMR approval so maybe news on that also the Mou should be signed soon and they have told us they are discussing new formulations with By health so any or all those . Myself I wouldn’t want a buy out at this time a value of 2 or 3 p would in my opinion massively undervalue the potential of this company . | winner31
30/6/2019 07:19 | Doubt that personally winner. If you mean talks to sell out then that would be ludicrous because how could any shareholder evaluate an offer when we have no idea what the By Health deal would bring in over the next few years? They are imo waiting for confirmation on the testing front. | redprince
28/6/2019 08:54 | My best guess the BOD are in talks with By health ,they had hoped to have it all sown up by end June , they have run over so hopefully not too far into July before update imho | winner31
28/6/2019 08:46 | IMO delay is good news, we know there are a few things in the pipeline, testing and deal with byhealth in China as well as recent push with H&B. Would prefer as much good news in the update as possible and this will start a new trend. | senor_sensible
27/6/2019 18:42 | My guess on the delayed update is there is some good news (probably on rhe testing front) which they are waiting for. Aimho. | redprince
27/6/2019 17:30 | Rich you need to sell up quick then ,if you do hold any that is ! | winner31
27/6/2019 16:59 | Looks grim to me.Why not report and then RNS any news. Money is probably running out. | rich1952
27/6/2019 15:38 | I hope so and thanks you for correcting me... | twodegrees
27/6/2019 15:20 | Two degrees it’s not results it’s just a trading update , they are obviously awaiting some deal with China imho | winner31
27/6/2019 15:13 | Maybe those trades were people getting out | twodegrees
27/6/2019 15:13 | Never a GOOD sign when they delay the results.... | twodegrees
27/6/2019 12:40 | RP, hope so, been some trades going through today so maybe peeps are topping up in advance | senor_sensible
23/6/2019 12:11 | Update due this Friday.Hopefully some concrete news on the testing in China. | redprince
22/6/2019 12:41 | Think that’s meant to say ‘FruitflowR | winner31
21/6/2019 09:47 | lol, what about soda stream | senor_sensible
20/6/2019 12:56 | Translation from Chinese Find the company that makes the FRUITSTREAM , buy it if it is listed ! | winner31
20/6/2019 11:15 | 找到# | senor_sensible
20/6/2019 11:14 | Fruitflow defo getting mind share in lots of new places, just need ByHealth agreement to bring in some revenue (Even small amount) and this will re-rate up to 10x from here IMO | senor_sensible
21/5/2019 20:16 | I can't see the amount sold via Amazon being meaningful. Surely, if not in the short term, then over the medium to long term, by far the biggest volume will be sold via H&B - all be it at a much lower margin than direct sales or via Amazon ? | bareknee |
