28/2/2021 09:20 | It is becoming ever more apparent that Sykes cannot turn this ship. Debt increasing over 2 updates with weak excuses as to why, lots of talk re future improvements in the business but the BOD have no credibility. Sykes out or a Dbay bid please and either way it needs to be soon before this tanks back to 20p. | coldspring
27/2/2021 14:16 | It's almost as if Sykes is a bullsh*t merchant who's been playing shareholders for years | whatthe
27/2/2021 13:48 | B_g, "probably" is a problem. Hubwoo was registered French, The Business Network. Frankly, it needs a full and thorough explanation. Get him back on Vox to explain? It shouldn't be difficult to work out what's going on, but it is. Also, how they intend to monetise traffic on TBN etc and move past just the current business and bePayd. Lack of clarity is detrimental to the share price at this moment and ultimately any sale price if it gets an approach. How are they going to attract new investors as is? | p1nkfish
27/2/2021 11:46 | p1nkfish. Results from the French subsidiary could be a red herring. Most of the new business wins are probably being won through other parts of the group. | brummy_git
27/2/2021 10:56 | Sidam, it bothers me because from where I sit it looks massaged. Only one reason anyone would want to do that. The release on a Friday after hours too. They are usually released after hours but this time it being Friday makes me suspicious. | p1nkfish
27/2/2021 10:26 | I suggest that the question of the decline in revenues is asked when the parent numbers are announced. Mathematically it does not make sense. A 25% decline from say 6.3m would be over 1.5m. But the stated decline is 27% and the fall 0.6m. Perhaps management can’t add up or divide. | sidam
27/2/2021 10:18 | The Perfect Commerce purchase accounts for a lot. Buy & Build doesn't always work. Meanwhile we have someone giving this promotion on Vox whilst previously saying they dont own any. I dont like that either. Something not quite right imho. | p1nkfish
27/2/2021 10:02 | I don't warm to this way of reporting and put out last thing on a Friday to bury it? Something doesn't look right to me. Anyone else have an opinion? What have I missed? | p1nkfish
27/2/2021 10:01 | Now, look at the declines vs headline revenue. This is not good imho - "(*) Percentages calculated on exact numbers, not the rounded numbers shown" So exact numbers are not shown and flatter if you only take a quick look. The percentage declines are more real but don't line up with the headline revenue falls as exact figures for the headlines were not used. Do the maths. What's that all about? | p1nkfish
26/2/2021 21:04 | Proactis SA results released today, 4hrs ago. Unfortunately still going backwards, substantially, except services. | p1nkfish
26/2/2021 17:53 | There will be a bounce back, can't be otherwise as everything is so depressed/suppressed | p1nkfish
26/2/2021 15:48 | Everything is being hammered at the moment, as the markets take a forward view, doesn't look like a spring to me. | lewis winthorpe
26/2/2021 14:00 | Lol I rolled my eyes when the BOE gov said that.We will be paying for covid for a decade | lewis winthorpe
26/2/2021 13:36 | One thought when I watched the video. Sykes rolled his eyes when Hill mentioned BoE governor suggesting the UK is like a coiled spring. It was very noticeable and I didn't take it as positive. My thought was why? What if Proactis don't see that a big UK upswing, Sykes disagreeing with the BoE or PHD are not positioned for it? What if the UK and/or Netherlands slow or go backwards? They are the foundation of this business. That is my concern until other territories start to perform. | p1nkfish
26/2/2021 11:39 | At its core great product...massive market opportunity...could be great business. Just lead by the weakest management team in the industry. This is going nowhere but down until they change that | whatthe
26/2/2021 11:31 | The frustrating thing is the size of the opportunity overall. There is a big prize there through The Business Network. | p1nkfish
26/2/2021 11:19 | There was a lot of stock available to buy earlier. | p1nkfish
26/2/2021 11:19 | It might be but I dont see ii levels of buying. | p1nkfish
26/2/2021 11:12 | Rounded, orchestrated sells to drag it down a notch so ii’s can load up. Tim Sykes can’t do much about that. It will be back over 49p in a week or two. | cureboy
26/2/2021 11:07 | This is going lower than 43 cure. Absolute shambles, Sykes out. | coldspring
26/2/2021 11:01 | Pink. I’m with you - same boat with my investment here. I’ve made a real fortune from this market but was always rooting for Proactis as the British company to come through. What this BoD have done is criminally negligent. | jonstrawberry
26/2/2021 10:37 | DBAY can shove any low ball bid up their ar*ehole. Should be the boards response too . | cureboy
26/2/2021 10:33 | What gets me is Paul Hill. He stated on one audio he doesn't hold but he does act like a mouthpiece to all intents and purposes. Might be time to start regulating "promoters". I hold, will hold, but my holding is for free now as it was paid for by a luck strike sub 20p since sold. It makes me a little sad as I love seeing British companies rise and prosper but I'm now non-plussed by this and debt increase etc. There needs to be some catalyst to get this out of the rut. | p1nkfish |
