Exactly. Results were better than I expected given the seemingly endless lockdowns. We usually drop a few pence following trading updates, today we are up so far, so I’m happy to hold. Its onwards and upwards from here.

I dont understand what people were expecting after nearly a year of some or other lockdown on/off. This is as good as could be expected. Wait.

I'd have a read of Paul Hill's commentary before you dump them.

Debt will hold this back for the foreseeable.Lots of potential but still no monetary values from contract wins.Likely wrong, but a possible buying opportunity if this drops, if you think they can wrestle the debt.Worry is, dbay offer low ball and site the debt as being the reason. Long term holders may jump.Lou.

Resilient H1'21 trading update today from 'business spend management' software developer proactis.

Momentum is improving too, with much more to come in H2 & beyond.

All my latest thoughts here.

Trading update is fine, in line with expectations. Small tick up in ARR will do nicely. Other big news is the new BePayd contract, they’ll be working on selling this to their other county council customers, it could be very lucrative.

That is how bent this company is... huge transactions yesterday and surprise surprise the financials are posted straight after.

All covid will do here is delay the recovery. It will recover.

So? Covid noise could be spouted on any share forum. Tell it to Lombard and DBAY who have invested lots of £millions here in the last 11 months and obviously see an upside.

The number of businesses going bust continues to be a big problem

Banks are losing monies due to bad debts

That Covid-19 is here to stay imo is a given as variants continue to gather pace in number and virulence , lack of aerosol acceptance by WHO and CDC and hence Governments means adequate disinfection protection measures have NOT been employed

Which means workplace and public places carry high risk of aerosol transmission which will soon have to be recognised as the main transmission medium for the virus and the next virus to follow that etc

The cost to put the air that is breathed right ie kill covid-19 virus in seconds indoors will exceed $ 1 Trillion in the USA alone

And costs are rising the longer that things get worse due to Long Covid or Long Haul Covid meaning millions of people in the USA and UK will never work again but will become the biggest drain on Healthcare budgets beating arthritis

The reason I key the above is because HUGE costs are coming worldwide to make workplaces and businesses safe for workers

Will the Governments pay businesses to install the technology needed ?

buywell thinks not ---
hence the delay
as they hope vaccines make it go away

Pass, ask me one on sport. I know nothing about sport too.

Perhaps there was an organised transfer between entities and both show as buy? The buy/sell indicators are not reliable. Was it even 2 trades?

They held 29.11%. If it was them buying more today then they’d have added another 0.75% approximately.

Check what Lombard can buy before reaching 30%. Very close already.

If those two big buys today 708k were Lombard I’m going to say we are getting very close to a bid. There was another big late trade after hours around 340k also looks like a buy.

How many more tree shakes before a bid is made? Some horrible price manipulation today with at least one big buy in there maybe two.

Guessing your holding gone (350k) until you have more clarity?
