Their plan for announcing results this year has an overwhelming smell of desperation about it. Brace yourselves for more bad news

RNS: Notice of results 29th October along with webinars for analysts and retail investors.
Usually announced in August with trading update so maybe they were waiting on something. A BePayd update would be timely.

I've never known anyone more happy to prove they only know what they find on Google and have never dealt with big money.

Get a proper job and out more.

Since Proactis handles P2P etc etc, that are BUSINESS PROCOSSES involving money, BPO = Business Process Optimization.

It’s not fkin inside knowledge you twerp. It’s the basics of what they do. It’s written on their web site. If you monkeys think you invested in a BPO then I’m loving this. Losers.

Lol, don't hide behind your inside employee knowledge with "perhaps".Hilarious.

But even taking your slightly obscure non industry standard definition, show me where their revenue for business process optimisation is/was? Tell me what products or services they offer optimise business processes. It’s enterprise software, sure, it’s enterprise software which optimises processes but isn’t all enterprise software???! It’s the customer using the software, perhaps with the support of a systems integrator, who optimises the processes. You complete Wally.

By my reckoning DBAY bought another 1-1.5% last week so due another RNS very soon, possibly end of this week.

It was nothing of the sort under rod Jones. Which business processes did customers outsource to them? Where did they have the staff to handle these processes on behalf of their customers? Why was there no BPO revenue reported in their financials? Weird claim to make pink. For somebody who professes to know this business so well, to have been investing in a BPO play when it’s very clearly an enterprise software play is bloody hilarious.

It most certainly was under Rod Jones.

It was never BPO. Only part that is remotely BPO was the Intesource acquisition. Nothing BPO about it other than that.

It was a company in BPO that uses the Cloud and SaaS to deliver services. Not a SaaS company that happens to be in procurement processes.

SaaS is a tool.

They most certainly did. When they killed the divi look what happened. It was always intended to spin off cash but lost the plot trying to be something it is not.
