10/10/2020 12:10 | 55p-75p. Shame. | p1nkfish
10/10/2020 10:05 | The board should be concerned that DBAY have acquired 15% whilst taking the share price down. That should be unacceptable unless it’s an ‘inside job’ ie, they’re facilitating it. | cureboy
10/10/2020 09:55 | Finncap have a target of 80p which they consider to be conservative for a Saas based on Proactis’ multiples. So anything below that will be considered cheap. They’re the experts afterall. Personally I think any low ball offer will be an invitation for a bidding war and DBAY could be blasted out of the water by a US investor. | cureboy
10/10/2020 09:16 | How cheap do you reckon cure? I guesstimate at 75p and they will have 80% of the shares! Probably a bid coming early November, once they have hoovered up another 5-6% from small II’s selling. Then what they do with it then is anybody’ guess? I am holding until next April and will sell at anything above 70p walk away and invest elsewhere or total sell up next April, as I only hold just under 1%. | 97peter
10/10/2020 08:22 | Yes a cheap takeover. The fact that DBAY are buying up large parts of the company whilst holding the share price down, and their history, all points to it. Over 15% now owned by an offshore subsidiary which is also tax efficient for DBAY. | cureboy
09/10/2020 23:55 | Can someone explain the worries the last 3 posts have hinted at.I assume a cheap buy out? | susiebe
09/10/2020 23:39 | Would tend to agree. | p1nkfish
09/10/2020 21:22 | The BoD are completely powerless. Dead men walking | whatthe
09/10/2020 16:08 | Another big whack of the company bought up by DBAY. The BoD have to be on guard. | cureboy
09/10/2020 15:54 | What is that 700k trade about? | coldspring
09/10/2020 11:57 | Hopefully DBAY will be forced to release their tight grip on the share price in order to accumulate. Must be getting more difficult to find sellers down at this level. | cureboy
09/10/2020 09:45 | I would like a few more at that price, sure most would well except the strawberry blonde | coldspring
09/10/2020 08:47 | DBAY price to buy 31.11p. Joe public >32.50p | cureboy
08/10/2020 11:26 | Sean McDonough was the highest paid of all the execs so a significant cost saving there. Still believe DBAY or Lombard we’re behind it. | cureboy
08/10/2020 09:05 | Timely, yes. They need a massive push on sales. Even better into segments getting exposure. Perhaps 2 recent BoD resignations were simply to save money and co-operative rather than them throwing the towel in. Cashflow is a concern. It needs care. BoD changes should be a breath of fresh air and a new perspective too. If purely for temporary cost savings then we shouldn't expect replacements quickly. If quickly replaced then not on cost. | p1nkfish
08/10/2020 08:58 | Good that they’re getting into the biotech market, lots of money going into that sector. | cureboy
08/10/2020 08:37 | A push on web ads too by looks of it. | p1nkfish
08/10/2020 08:35 | Have certainly noticed more tweets going out with contract win info. Looks positive | coldspring
08/10/2020 08:26 | Good news - | p1nkfish
07/10/2020 18:32 | Anything that involves tracking Gov procurement does. P2P etc. Fully expect lack of majority control from inside UK will lead to barriers to acquisition. Germans doing similar. | p1nkfish
07/10/2020 18:26 | Some councils using your software to publish tenders does not make you a strategically important customer to the UK Government. It doesn't even make you a strategically important client to the Councils Procurement Dept | whatthe
07/10/2020 17:23 | This should have been done a long time back. | p1nkfish |
