25/10/2020 16:36 | Either way we should see upside. | p1nkfish
25/10/2020 13:59 | Possibly yes. There’ll be more than one interested party I’d imagine as there’s been US interest before and P1nk reckons there’s now German interest. If there is another FSP it will likely result in a sale this tome around. I can’t see how they can fight it off unless they start delivering some proper shareholder value. | cureboy
25/10/2020 13:58 | 55p if now. | p1nkfish
25/10/2020 13:24 | Can see another FSP coming here? If not then someone or other organisation should own and run it and put in a bid of 80p and takeover the lot and run it properly!!! Do it now Dbay while interest rates are low on finance and PHD in the cross hairs for takeover.???b Cheaply and easily??? | 97peter
25/10/2020 11:17 | A catalyst needed and that could be BoD news and results this week. DBAY could have picked up even cheaper stock this week or 2 but don't seem to have acted. This is interesting. | p1nkfish
25/10/2020 11:17 | A catalyst needed and that could be BoD news and results this week. DBAY could have picked up even cheaper stock this week or 2 but don't seem to have acted. This is interesting. | p1nkfish
25/10/2020 11:11 | We might get BoD news this week too as they have been looking for a NED for a while before the latest Directors standing down. | p1nkfish
25/10/2020 11:11 | If results show signs of life and half decent forward look then DBAY will ge along for the ride over the next 3-5 years but probably not get the cheapest buyout opportunity. With a bit of luck the cheapest was this Summer at 55p-65p. Surprising how quite a few have been investing elsewhere, in highly indebted companies, on the basis if interest cover and not absolute debt. If they can comfortably service the debt with no worries, whilst growing, we could see a turn in sentiment. | p1nkfish
25/10/2020 11:05 | Bepayd, absent Persse and the Business Dev employee (gone too), is now an option and ready imho. The recruitment of a risk person (mentioning bepayd in the ad) and reporting to the CFO suggests it will be run as a fairly flat structure and perhaps bepayd ambitions have been wound back. Still there, still an offering, but not as electric as it was hoped - perhaps. I've no idea what's going on now so the update will be timely. | p1nkfish
25/10/2020 09:44 | Flip-side of that could result in a cheap buyout facilitated by DBAY. | cureboy
25/10/2020 09:22 | Results week. The fact we’re getting same/next day webinars indicates to me a level of confidence in the results. Remember they were maintaining guidance for fy20 with a growing pipeline and in April announced a return to growth in ARR - important. COVID was a note of caution but since lockdown lifted I believe they’ve done pretty well with new business wins and lower churn. Reduced marketing spend, lower expenses, office closures and the highest paid board member gone should offset or at very least mitigated any cash flow downturn. Firmly believe that with all the information given in the last 6 months - 1 year that the core business is on the up. This is before any BePayd news. BePayd went live in April. | cureboy
23/10/2020 12:06 | Your conspiracy theory could well be very accurate. | cureboy
23/10/2020 11:58 | BoD changes can buy time and placate big investors if they are involved in selection. My conspiracy mind tells me DBAY have not been buying as they are involved with BoD changes so can't buy until its all in public domain. | p1nkfish
23/10/2020 11:28 | We need evidence that they're successfully replicating the success in the UK and Netherlands markets in the US, Germany and France. If they can start to evidence it (and we've had snippets) they'll be worth alot more than 55-65p - double or triple it. The opportunity in the US is very interesting and they already have some big clients. But we're going to need proof and time isn't exactly on their side. Shareholders are getting restless and board changes will apply pressure. | cureboy
23/10/2020 10:49 | Its not US, its Austrian,/German. 55p-65p. A chance PHD might escape their clutches. | p1nkfish
23/10/2020 10:05 | Dbay just need to put us all out of our misery and long drawn out FSP process again and bid 75p and takeover the lot for their US investment partner / bidder!!! Do it now stop wasting time!! | 97peter
22/10/2020 13:25 | It should be the lot as a Group, all subsidiaries etc. | p1nkfish
22/10/2020 10:35 | Does anyone know if the Finncap target of 80p includes the former Hubwoo business, Proactis SA (Currently generating circa £12m revenue)? Or is that separate? If so, what impact would that have on the target price? | cureboy
20/10/2020 12:25 | Interesting paradox between Lombard Odier a longer term value investor at 29% and the more aggressive agitator DBAY at 15/16%. | cureboy
20/10/2020 12:06 | Strong signals that DBAY are working on behalf of a bidder and they've done a pretty good job of it so far, frustratingly. The interested parties from the quashed FSP earlier in the year will no doubt be keeping an eye on the full year results next week with a keen interest and if they like what they see things may start to move into an area the BoD are not comfortable with. Crucial moments coming up. If DBAY get a seat on the board there will be even more pressure on and be forced to disclose approaches/bids. Hopefully they have something up their sleeve to raise the share price hence the unusual step of hosting webinars the same day and the day after results. | cureboy

20/10/2020 08:26 | Lol, I'm sure you know them all by name through linked in :-) | lewis winthorpe
19/10/2020 23:07 | When there was talk of concentrating on core a while back it might just be that bePayd is not considered core. | p1nkfish
19/10/2020 22:50 | Does anyone have the link to the project website for bepayd that listed outstanding tasks? The Bus Dev man was Andy Bissett, there was also a lady mentioned in the project side but cant remember her name. bePayd is probably fully finished and a product. Uptake is a mystery. | p1nkfish
19/10/2020 22:44 | Hey pink with intel. like that Lewis is going to accuse you of being the Proactis cleaner. | jonstrawberry |
