28/8/2020 12:43 | The problem is simple, debt and added to that, despite a massive rise in TCV the revenue and evidence were down. However TCV usually looks forward.Debt, debt, debt. | lewis winthorpe
28/8/2020 12:25 | cure, imho RNS should be due and seller's, if on the main 3%+ list, are either GAM or Gresham. There could be a fair few at <3% with no need to announce though. I'm think there will be some news. Anyone else notice it was a TU only and NOT notice of results also. That is not usual for PHD in August. Solo TU, why different this year. | p1nkfish
28/8/2020 11:18 | if debt to real ebitda (unadjusted) starts to head in wrong direction they have to act, no ignoring it or thinking it will sort itself out. Otherwise, so far, not too far off track imho. Any headcount plans or re-alignments heard of then please post info. | p1nkfish
28/8/2020 11:15 | They added about 3.3M TCV from 22/5 -31/7 during 10 weeks of lockdown - annualised to about £16.5M over a year if continues at that rate. Questions are - was it subdued by cv19, did they sand bag before (probably)? What is true run-rate? Certainly has accelerated vs previous years. I can see why they have confidence in increased rate of growth of TCV if it continues. Could rise even faster. RNS 22/5 had 11.3M RNS to 31/7 had 14.6M If anyone hears of head count reduction please post it as I think thats likely on the cards to pull in expenses. Debt at 3.14 to adjusted ebitda but "timing" of accounts receivable negatively impacted it but would like to see debt/ebitda without the adjustment. Was timing impacted by solvency of customer/s? | p1nkfish
28/8/2020 10:52 | RNS has to be imminent following the last 3 days trading 3% of the company. My money is on DBAY increasing but be more interesting to see who’s sold. | cureboy
28/8/2020 06:59 | There are plenty of people that have and will multiply their money in PHD. Watch. Do what suits you JS and let others do what suits them. Its as simple as that. | p1nkfish
27/8/2020 23:21 | A 5 year turn around plan in a saas tech stock is literally ridiculous. I admire your blind faith, really I do...it's a virtue | whatthe
27/8/2020 23:12 | 5 year plan, did no one tell you? | p1nkfish
27/8/2020 22:38 | Last three years and nothing. Let's hope they've been saving up for a big finish in year four | whatthe
27/8/2020 17:28 | They get another year from me. Same I've heard from elsewhere. One more year to prove the course. | p1nkfish
27/8/2020 16:51 | Back to the usual nonsense about employees. Good distraction from an actual objective fact based business led discussion. If your comfortable with the performance of this BOD good luck hanging on for more manufactured ebitda numbers and fluff and waffle about BPAYD. I've heard it getting lots of interest in the public sector. Must check the exchange to what interest is worth in pound sterling | whatthe
27/8/2020 13:41 | Whatthe is a disgruntled CURRENT employee. | p1nkfish
27/8/2020 13:41 | I'm very positive about the underlying strengths of this business hence why I'm invested. Objectively the facts on the performance of this BOD speak for themselves. The idea that continuing to do more of the same will lead us out of this is naive. I want a return on my investment and I believe the fastest way to achieve this is change the BOD. I believe DBAY and others in industry agree with me but I want it done in a way that investors benefit | whatthe
27/8/2020 13:31 | Ok so are you positive about anything at all, other companies or anything in particular on PHD. Seems very odd that you only post negatively about PHD and nothing else. You will notice that I agreed about management and am hoping that DBAY shake things up. | coldspring
27/8/2020 13:17 | No not a disgruntled ex-employee it is actually possible to look at the management of a business and judge them by the results they've delivered over a 3 year period and objectively call them out as useless. It's an interesting investment strategy. Surely even the most hardened fanboys on here are now struggling to provide a fact base argument for their continued support of this BOD | whatthe
27/8/2020 12:52 | Not you pink...... it's whatthe | coldspring
27/8/2020 11:01 | Me? No tie-in with PHD and hold a good wadge if these and looking to add. | p1nkfish
27/8/2020 10:10 | All of your posts since 25th June are on this board and all are negative in tone particularly in relation to the management. Whilst I agree they could be better, are you another disgruntled employee who missed out on a promotion? | coldspring
26/8/2020 20:43 | Due an RNS soon. | p1nkfish
26/8/2020 20:03 | 3 million sells buys around the 33-35 mark | lewis winthorpe |
