How do you know the court case will be resolved today? Seems very short for something like this.. I did jury duty for a simple shoplifting case and it lasted 5 days!

It doesn't say in either announcement that they were sold back at face value.

Primorus Investment Plc ("Primorus") has elected to sell US$1.0 million of its CLNs to other CLN noteholders. In addition, Bushveld Minerals has granted an option to Primorus to sell its residual CLNs (face value of US$1.5 million) to Bushveld Minerals ("Primorus Option"), to be exercised on or after 28 February 2022 in consideration for either cash or the issuance of new Bushveld Minerals convertible loan notes ("BMN CLNs") at the discretion of Bushveld Minerals.

I'm confused conflicting rns from.must and bmn . Must saying prim have sold all the clns ....bmn saying $1 million sold then have a cln deal with bmn for the remaining. Anyway either way we will have clarification and at least $1 million in the bank and the chutes guy who kept saying all the money was lost can apologise...(unlikely)

If the return of our cash turns out to be the result, then surely a great end to a nerve-racking few months.

Hope RL decides to hang on to the cash for the time-being - could be plenty of good opportunities if the Market sells off!

The Company notes that Primorus Investments Plc has elected to sell all its CLNs, comprising a principal amount of US$2,500,000 and accrued and unpaid interest thereon (the "PRIM CLNs"). The purchasers of the PRIM CLNs were comprised of a consortium of other existing CLN holders and BMN.

We are covered both ways re the court decision skyship. Good buy here with no downside and max upside.
