Unless previously redeemed by the Company, and subject to a conversion notice being received by the Company at least three business days prior to the relevant conversion date, a tranche consisting of one sixth of the aggregate amount of the BMN CLNs may be converted by Primorus into BMN shares at any time within a conversion period (the six conversion periods being: 28 February 2022 to 14 April 2022; 15 April 2022 to 14 July 2022; 15 July 2022 to 14 October 2022; 15 October 2022 to 16 January 2023; 17 January 2023 to 14 April 2023;15 April 2023 to 14 July 2023) at a conversion price of GBP0.098987, being the volume weighted average price of a share as shown on Bloomberg over the 20 trading days prior to (and excluding) 28 February 2022.

so PRIM has not yet converted the CLN to shares.

Just to add the s.l. was hammered I think because this deal soured and they have come out if it with a 25% 0lus gain as things stand ....nothing to be sniffed at can't see why the share price cannot get back to 5p from here.

Actual clarification of the deal as expected is good news as at one point a few posters had written off this money completely now on paper and the first tranche can be realised as cash with a 25% plus gain( bmn rise plus interest). Just confirming what most of us expect but with the delays and negotiations there may have been some doubt. Its an easy valuation to keep track of now 12.213 m X bmn share price 11.8p =£1.44 mill of which 1/6 th of is readily available to be converted and sold .2 weeks ago bmn hit 14.6 p....closer to £1.8 mill...

Chart is ready to continue its climb up this week, but we are still Carrying the seller, so it will be a massive struggle to go over 4.4p without substantial newsflow.

Can't the last tranche be sold after 15 months 5 days...bmn are given 5 days once notified to pair up a buyer if conversion is noticed then prim can freely sell on the market. Justdandy did talk about the tranches so I read he was meaning "all" the money couldn't be recouped until the final tranche. Imo a realistic 2 year target for bmn is 20 p if they meet production and complete the electrolyte factory highly influenced in either direction by the very volatile vanadium price . I'm guessing they will sell every quarter if as there is now a profit.

Not sure why you think it will take 18 months to get the cash back when PRIM have the option to sell the converted stock quarterly at the prevailing share price

Yes has the probability to turn out good v price currently $63.75 in bmns u.s.a. key market aisc for this year $34...bmn had a very bad year last year reflected jn the share price loss making and a catalogue of mishaps and problems .if the v price stays like this for a prolonged period share price can increase but already quids in at current share price don't forget the 10% interest continues..
