We need really large moves in the underlying stocks like rambler more than 9% as it's not a significant proportional move to the whole portfolio to register.

MM playing games, this is about to explode in my opinion now,

My system is showing more buy than sells.
at least 740000 buys v approx 610000 sells

Yes think you're right, it's just referring to PRIM enacting the backstop arrangements. Painfully slow process this MUST/BMN saga hopefully next week should get a bit more clarity

I think the PRIM RNS of 28th Feb already mentioned this...,I don't believe today's RNS is anything new but happy to be corrected.

Probably 9.5p it was the 20 day average preceding 28 th Feb vwap...volume weighted average .it's up to bmn if they give them cash or clns with 10% interest they can be converted in 6 tranches over 18 months .although cash is the cheapest option for bmn I think they will go down the cln route . As year end bmn only had $15 m in cash and have capex $17 and short term debt $7 m to pay plus they have form as they recently settled duferco an outstanding debt which should have been a cash payment but agreed dilution Instead .

How do you mean, as far as I know PRIM don't have a stake in BMN as they can elect to pay back the money + interest instead of CLNs?

BMN and PRIM have until COB today to make a decision on the backstop.

I reckon their $1.5m stake in Bushveld now worth $2.4m

PRIM hugely geared to Bushveld which is up 50% since we exercised our option. I assume PRIM receive their Bushveld shares around the 9p mark? Can anyone advise?

Last NAV declaration (some time ago) was 6.55p/share. Since then the CPH2 acquisition adds to that; whilst the balance of the MUST/BMN deal has still to be declared & could go either way...

My guess work from what I have read from other posters etc is about $11 million. It's not an official value just what I think is a realistic valuation of it's current assets . Could they be sold at that price some probably not as always dyor. I'm invested so may have a bias but I try to post reality .
