Judging from the chat on the BMN thread the court case showing an extraordinary lack of trust between all parties. Makes me wonder why RL still wants to be a part of the deal. Perhaps he's hoping that Garnett will replace the BMN management.

There are some reports on the bmn thread and details on how to tune in to the court case . Apparently the case has been windowed for 5 days in the courts diary .

I suppose confidence in the new management rather undermined; though give RL his due, he did construct the deal with great backstop arrangements.

Since the announcement of the MUST deal April 2021 the PRIM share price has been eroded from 5p+ to 3.5p. I'm surprised given today's news that 40% ($1m) comes back as cash, with optionality on the 60% ($1.5m), that the share price is not above 4p already! Anyhow, i'm liking the restructured deal for PRIM.

How do you know the court case will be resolved today? Seems very short for something like this.. I did jury duty for a simple shoplifting case and it lasted 5 days!

It doesn't say in either announcement that they were sold back at face value.
