Have gone long at 114.6p: buying the breakout, and the hoped-for momentum to and beyond results.

AGM statement
"2006 has got off to a strong start with net fee income in the first quarter 14%
ahead of the same period last year and we continue to trade in line with
expectations"

Having been 20% up for the 1st 2 months, June must have been very quiet. Let's hope it was the 'footie' effect.
Shares up 6p to 105p on a 9% spread.

Big rise today and on very little volume (to date anyway). Perhaps there is some positive news about to be released?

MD stated that
"2006 has got off to a strong start with net fee income in the two month period
to the end of May some 20% ahead of the same period last year. We are looking
for continued growth from overseas revenues and early indications from our new
business in the Middle East are very encouraging. We are also actively seeking
to expand the business through acquisition."

I agree that these are good value at 95p

Quite encouraging results. Proforma eps of 10.23p from post tax profit of £1230k and fully diluted shares of 12024k. Good sector to be in. However the market needs to see "clean" Interim results before the share price will take off. If they can grow from here then 95p looks good value. Perhaps a name change would be appropriate.

IMHO Cameron Kennedy need a kick up the backside for their complacency. Well they are history now.

agree skyracer, great to be in this as it appears to have been overlooked by all and sundry, patience in abundance amply rewarded

Finally patience is rewarded. An acquisition in a good sector IMO. Prospective PE of 8 to 9 which is on the low side for recruitment. A successful flotation also opens the door for the directors of Cameron Kennedy to realise the value of their shareholdings by agreeing a buyout while their sector is buoyant. PRP have 44% stake.

Well done you found the £8 (around which i sold to fund my original purchases and still leave me a healthy balace for free) now go a little further back and you will see why it paid off handsomely for me. In the menatime i have picked up regular dividends yielding c 6% over the time period. Thus i am quite happy thanks.

I am not going into further detail about why i have bought prp at this time except to say that following this person and their actions has benefitted me in the past.

checking back, the PSD share price was £8.00 about five years ago, £4.00 about 3/4 years ago, just over £2.40 now. 5 years would seem far enough back to go. is there any particular track record (apart from having a job) that the new management have that gives confidence? i see them giving themselves 0p share options on 10% of the company, with no indication as to what they expect to do to justify that.

if you check back far enough you will see that psd has indeed paid returns to shareholders and not only in the form of dividends. i am not going to go into detail about which particular appointment makes me feel optomistic or what they are likely to do for the company. I have bought and i am happy to do so. When funds allow and as long as the share price doesnt spike in the meantime,i will buy more.

as a long term PSD holder you would have lost half your money? why would PSD inspire you with confidance? the new CEO appears never to have run a commercial company - advising and funding acquisitions is entirely different to doing them - and the market response to their reward of 10% of the company for something which they appear not to be prepared to tell the shareholders about is for the share price to drop to 75% of the NAV. amazing that an "investment banker" would be so insensitive to shareholders - appalling start IMHO.

Managed to get some of these at under 6p over the last week and now await news and upwards share price movement.

As a long term PSD holder i am confident there is a healthy upside on prime people. This is based on recent appointments at the company, director purchases and the healthy cash position built up. Word is they are looking for investment opportunities,so news should filter out over the rest of this year.
