Algos are there still doing their stuff although not as agressively as on the worst days, and there is a lot of 'pushing back' the other way from buyers at these levels

Yet another Brent dip isnt going to aid the cause tho :(

Difficult for Saudis to alter production within days of waivers being announced.

However, production and exports aren't the same thing; and Saudi exports seem to be being cut:

"Originally, Saudi had ~460k b/d to US for November. But three VLCCs were yanked from loading schedule pushing current estimate to ~262k b/d."

There's a better business here than the share price and chart suggest. These are the times to buy. If PMO continue to execute, maybe get a few other wins along the way (they've had some big ones already with real prospects for more) then healthy gains lay ahead imo.

We have retreated to Moscow and the reversal of fortunes for the invaders is about to begin. The important thing today is volume over 10 million shares so far. This is screamingly oversold. I suspect the high volume is partly due to some shorters choosing to buy back and their friends the market makers allowing them to escape at no cost. Boy have the market makers done well out of all this. Record bonuses all round and let`s drink a toast to the regulators.
