good read. Maybe the timing of all this new capacity in US can coincide with tightened Iran sanctions and help balance out along with the touted Opec cut in December... fingers crossed anyway! I think even at $65 brent (esp with the 2019 hedges in place) that the PMO investment case will be proven over the next 1-2 years especially if good Zama drill news etc and continued 90k production elsewhere, just need to keep fingers crossed anyway!

New president in Mexico want to turn the economy round as quickly as possible and the way he sees this is by oil revenue and is giving everything the green light and supporting oil companies a 100% He wants the oil out the ground asap so I expect drilling soon talk was end of NovemberLooks like bulls takeing charge today

They are at a very advanced stage with sea lion and expect news Feb time...nothing changedOil price will correct itself so will pmo share price especially with news of drilling in Mexico soon.

My concern is, the longer Brent stays under $65, the more likely it is PMO may have to reconsider some of their forward planning which is based on that level

Thankfully we have those hedges in place, so that should protect us for a while

That's me out at 76.6p. Made £1,250 profit - 4 weeks ago it would have been £12,000. I've most likely been stupid, but Trump wants cheap oil and all the big producers seem to be pumping at record levels. Good luck to those holding on.
