I think we all know by now that when a trade is reported os an 'O' trade it has been a buy and when an AT buy causes the bid to drop .4p then it was a sell

Yet the ADVFN system can't detect that and reports sells as buys!

Should you ever receive a formal response would you be kind enough to share the thrust of it with us if you are allowed?

By doing what you have done and raising it on here you are shining a light on it and briging someone at the FCA's attention to it. With that will come some token of accountability from them for having been made aware.

I have made numerous complaints to FCA also - this time I have escalated the complaint against them for being ineffective and inept - they were a bit surprised at that and I got a senior manager who has agreed to review all cases and actually respond formally

Doing it will do any good though but I felt better afterwards

Good plan adg but based on my experience it is a fruitless endeavour.

Lots of e-mail writing and pointing things out, occasional metaphoric nods of tacit recognition & acceptance but nothing concrete, lots of time goes by, frustration at lack on any apparent progress and all behind a wall of 'we don't comment.....'

During which time people move on,drop out and the whole situation reaches its' own, probably intended conclusion, and it is concluded that there is little point progressing it.

I find it much better to continually highlight it so that as many as possible can witness it and regular e-mails to the regulator to jab a finger of shame at them.

Why don’t we all have a collective concerted effort to force PMO or FCA to do something? The more that contact them the more chance (albeit slim) of some action

Anybody got email of an investigative financial reporter?

We all know the routine now

Each sell must hit the book and impact

Buys must seldom touch the book and only rare impact

Bid to step down by .20p at regular intervals regardless of trading

C900k buys In the last 15 minutes versus c25k sells and we have seen the price drop a 1 with PoO stable I'm confused as to why no one gets upset with that sh!t!

Yep, todays blatant walkdown has started, interrupted briefly by that RNS

700000 buys pushed through [obviously not hitting the book] to allow another shorter to close out some stock.

What price have they dialled in for todays close?

I won't be suprised if it is the 92p they were after yesterday

Just sold 25k @ 96p.

Really odd start. Thought the shareprice would bolt up towards £1 but a really low volume start.

Can't read this at all lately.

50% of 1/2MM bbls at $70/bbl gives us $17.5 MM or around 1.7p per share (diluted to the post conversions shareholding)... and we will soon be getting this every couple of weeks....

The fact that they don't want to put the buys through the book suggests to me we'll have a repeat of yesterday

Hope I'm wrong but once again, the rise doesn't look convincing

Any rise is welcome and the RNS was good but may not be enough to derail the bots

And a premium to brent, not sure how that works

Yes, curious one that. Perhaps it's a higher grade crude than brent, but strange to get that premium on your first cargo. OK the wells would have been lab sampled etc but I thought the buyers would need to see the first cargo run through the refinery before you start getting premium prices.

Anyway, it's great that they are getting premium to Brent.
