27/5/2020 10:11 | Can’t see any negative here, Next years debt reduced to 300m from 1300m 10 years ago Pensions issue resolved subject to final terms More revenue due to the shutdown Should be eps of 10-11p for 20/21 imo Plus the brands are worth far more than the share price valuation | daz1712
27/5/2020 06:00 | Good to see Shore also have positive write up today and buy recommendation. But no target price. Folk beginning to see more upside than down so a good recovery play | shaker44

26/5/2020 09:18 | That's worth about 0.4p a share in a full year EPS, so on a PER of 5x, that should have been worth 2p on the share price On current median forecasts, that would bring net borrowing below the current market cap at the end of 2021 - something of an odd milestone, but a milestone. This is now looking much less riskier than a few months ago. | 18bt

23/4/2020 14:48 | If we are absoltely certain we know what we are doing, we have a real problem. | shanklin
23/4/2020 14:46 | Thanks, appreciated.Wouldn't argue with 70p, even 80p once re-rated.Blimey 2011, I bought in 2012 as a novice (still am!) and was lucky to get out with a very small profit (£400 if I remember).Struggle to buy when flying so will see if any profit taking before/on results. All the bestps still buy Hovis bread now, glad they got rid though as margins were pants. Got some fantastic brands now. Nick Train always sticks by the rule if it tastes good buy it!. | discodave4
23/4/2020 14:19 | Hi DD4 I have absolutely no idea. But: (1) if 40p was fair value before Covid-19, (2) Covid-19 is a positive for sales and profits, then the pensions deal is a massive boost for cash flow and debt, so I just see PFD as significantly mispriced. I have 70p+ in mind but not too sure and may have to wait until the deal is finalised with trustees. If the UK followed Sweden's leads, pubs and restaurants will eventually re-open but with social distancing which will radically reduce their sales. So, for the foressable future I expect PFD to trade strongly. Hope this helps as I am certainly not an expert here, having only re-bought on Monday having previously held in 2011. | shanklin
23/4/2020 13:47 | LOL DD4, Which decade does your question relate to? It was an excellent recent RNS re the pension plan and I think the share price should be a lot higher... ...but the BS is a complete and utter sh1tshow, so doubt there will be a dividend any time soon. | shanklin
23/4/2020 13:40 | Hi, last held these back in 2012 and looking good currently.Being lazy but are they likely to start paying a dividend?. | discodave4
21/4/2020 07:37 | If the RHM Scheme has "demonstrated consistently strong performance over last 6 years" to show a surplus of £1,070million, the directors have been very slow at putting together this proposal, & it implies it should have been fast-tracked some time ago. OK, it needed pension trustee approval, but they were unlikely to say no to it when it's to the benefit of their members | ianguerin
20/4/2020 16:30 | Savings on interest payable are enough to drive the eps in double digits growth. On top of the revenue growth looking at 10p eps very soon x 8-12 earning. 80p is not that unrealistic imo Doubled my holding on the crash 4 weeks ago but holding on this for a while yet | daz1712
20/4/2020 12:48 | PFD Premier Foods PLC Peel Hunt Buy Buy 80 50 PFD Premier Foods PLC Jefferies International Buy Buy 63 | isis
20/4/2020 10:00 | Terrific news to be honest. This could seriously re rate from here | imjustdandy
20/4/2020 09:07 | Held shares here for years. Foolishly refused opportunity to sell out when offer made at 65p I think it was. Good to see today's news. Something was due to happen since the new investors got involved. | ynot68
20/4/2020 08:40 | Have not looked at PFD in detail for several years but today's announcement looks hugely helpful. | shanklin |
