08/1/2019 22:41 | "Circum IPO in 2019 Q1 was what I said to meet the company's self imposed production targets as stated in the magazine article in Nov 18." No, on twitter you stated January 2019 so would need IPO November or December, Not sure why you are lying about that now ??? | ihavenoclue
08/1/2019 13:51 | Many AIM resource stocks will be looking to exit with as much as they can. AIM is finished imo..New era of Crypto and Blockchain has no use for AIM especially in the resource sector | aidenabettin
08/1/2019 13:49 | Good luck trying to get a placing done on AIM this year. The money is piling into crypto | aidenabettin
08/1/2019 13:34 | Doc, I hope you are right but this could be just another false dawn and MM's raising their prices to off load shares. Until I see something solid in the form of an RNS I am not going to speculate. To many variables the biggest one being George!! | vitec
08/1/2019 12:03 | ooh. I figured out the next RNSs. It's going to be an old school GR combo. It will be on increasing Zulu acreage and a placing (sub .10). Then GR will do another podcast saying he doesn't understand why the share price dropped 30%. also, on the lse board any post re an upcoming placing is removed. but the posts on the zim funding nonsense are allowed to remain? and now we see why investment into aim is falling.... | valhalla2017
07/1/2019 18:05 | My money would be that the first actual meaningful event in 2019 for PREM is yet another placing. If I had two choices second would be a joint placing/ share consolidation/ company split. The share price is soon to be even less than a tenth of 1p, which in and of itself shows how worthless PREM is. If GR is keep diluting he will need to do something to pull the wool over the eyes of new investors. | bushranger
07/1/2019 10:44 | Dattels and Stalker will have already done the deals for the lithium assets. And to make matters much much worse we know Cadence are involved. What a total mess and typical of AIM.PREM is finished imo | aidenabettin
07/1/2019 10:14 | tedoby - if Zulu is such a jewel then why didn't GR do a single thing to advance the project in 2018? Other companies moved their lithium assets forward. GR doesn't seem too bothered. In January of last year he told investors that zulu dfs would be fast tracked and be done in 12 months. He hasn't drilled a single hole since saying that.... | valhalla2017
07/1/2019 08:16 | FWIW and as I see it the Government will see the RHA issue being resolved as a necessity to unlock a much needed revenue stream. Not from RHA although that's clearly part of it. The Government at project level will see the p/r benefit coming from actively helping to re-generate the start of RHA perhaps more than the taxes and small royalty from it. In the short to medium term anyway But RHA will only be a small part of their strategy with Prem. What they will be really wanting is the jewel in the crown and that's the income stream in taxes generated from Zulu's lithium production. I've absolutely no doubt about it. They they will be seeing possibly taxes and royalty on as much a third of a billion $'s a year from Zulu inside three years and will be well aware that their support at RHA will be the key to unlocking it. Any financial support to kick-start RHA will almost certainly be seen as a good investment in the Governments eyes. Otherwise why would they be mentioning it without promting. Government money is extremely tight. They will be picking and choosing where they offer support very carefully and be giving each opportunity full consideration in my view which of course takes time. 06/1/2019 19:40 | Thanks for the offer napom but I think I’ve got a pretty good handle on the company’s affairs. It’s all in the rns’s and gr’s recent letter to shareholders. We have no cash, there’s no interested parties in prems assets, and there’s no timeline re the negotiations with the zim govt, etc... Now that you’re on record saying that circum ipo is happening in Q1 let’s see what you say when Q1 passes with no ipo. Oh wait I know. You’ll say that you were just basing it off the magazine article and that it’s definitely happening in Q2. ;). | valhalla2017
06/1/2019 14:06 | Isnt it tax free to operate in the British Virgin Islands...some info for you Aiden in case you didnt know it already. All dividends, interest, royalties, compensations and other amounts paid by a company and capital gains realised from shares, debt obligations or other securities of a company are not taxed in the BVI when received by a BVI business company. | napom
06/1/2019 13:53 | Salaries have been significantly reduced and half of it taken in shares which has not been converted. Can send you some real info on your work email if you like Val to improve your research on PREM. Dont know why your so interested on a company your not invested in but im willing do you a favour. | napom
06/1/2019 12:42 | I just dont buy this "lifestyle" guff. GR is just a puppet like multiple AIM resource CO's and controlled by those further up the ladder. AIM is used to extract as much money as possible from lottery players then you hand over the prize to someone who probably didnt buy a ticket and start all over again with a new lottery. Hopefully moving to crypto/blockchain will remove all the middlemen who are just a front for money raising schemes | aidenabettin
06/1/2019 12:38 | And registered in BVI for tax purposes and hiding money laundering | aidenabettin
06/1/2019 11:50 | mol - I'm convinced now that this won't go bankrupt. GR's main objective is to continue his lifestyle and this company is an excellent vehicle for that. now that he sold some folks on this 'zim gov't to provide funds' nonsense he will spend the entire 2019 in 'discussions' with the zim gov't about said financing. which will never come. but he can collect another 300k having meetings. also we will see if he attempts to increase the sharecap again this year. looks likely since he will be doing placements sub .10... | valhalla2017
06/1/2019 09:44 | Stephen Dattels, Mike Beck and Plinian Capital are the major investors behind Circum. | napom
06/1/2019 09:43 | Circum IPO in 2019 Q1 was what I said to meet the company's self imposed production targets as stated in the magazine article in Nov 18. | napom
06/1/2019 08:12 | Who is behind Circum and in which jurisdiction is it registered? | aidenabettin
05/1/2019 23:07 | Val, you missed the one other option .... the undertaker | moljen
05/1/2019 22:03 | napom ... you also said that Circum was starting production of their plant in January 2019 so would need to IPO either November or December. So be careful who you accuse of "false news" when you do just the same !! | ihavenoclue
05/1/2019 21:01 | Well let’s see what comes first. A placing, circum ipo or the funding from the zim govt. then we will know who is peddling fake news... | valhalla2017
05/1/2019 17:37 | Always said i was only here for Circum..Need that potash for fertiliser manufacturing to support massive agriculture drive.https://www.fi | aidenabettin
05/1/2019 17:22 | Potash market is recovering which makes the investment case for Circum much more viable....which will be welcome news for Plinian Capital who has a stake in Circum. www.pliniancapital.c | napom |
