Money doesn't seem to last long when he gets it. I took part in the primary bid raise where he decided to raise double what he wanted. Then soon after, its bloody gone. The chairman I think has a lot to answer for, what does he actually do

TB - take DT advice for certainty rather than my memory which is as follows, bought some Moz Company out as would be revenue producing, Mol Govt stopped export licenses for timber so no longer revenue producing, so sold bits of Company (didn't pay balance of what owed!!) to GR and his mates (bits being timber concessions and game lodge) and kept some limestone licenses which we can't do anything with. Again please check RNS's and Accounts but think cost us around £1M

Can someone enlighten me as to the TCT transaction or something similarly named. Some deal where assets were bought cheap. Have seen mention of it but maybe before I bought in last year (now 75% down of course)

And not sure why a certain poster doesn't quote this instead:

"Further to the announcement dated 15 October 2018, Premier has today received a request on behalf of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Enterprise Development for a further 48 hours to formerly conclude the RHA restructuring proposal."

PREM RNS'ed that 31 October 2018. much more accurate than this 'Zim gov't to provide funding' nonsense.

I keep saying the LSE boards need to go with the Rio Tinto takeover rumours. These 'zim gov't funding for RHA' ones are not working.

anyway, would not want to be out of this over the weekend. last I heard GR is hard at work having discussions. ha. serious stuff. I was on the phone with Faud and he told that 'GR is working hard to generate shareholder value'. Can you imagine if he wasn't working hard :)

exactly. GR needs salary dollars (for himself) so he’s feeding a few investors waffle about Zim govt funding so he can get the placement off. Wonder what they’ll say when the placement happens with no zim funding in sight....

wonder if GR has heard back from the Minister? I personally can't wait for another 12 months of 'disappointed about the delays but having meaningful and constructive discussions'.

GR loves discussions. and who wouldn't on 300k/year. he really has found the sweet spot. collects a salary for doing nothing, accumulating assets with investors money, driving the company into the ground, and then we the company is completely on its knees his trust buys it up for a song. and who says GR is incompetent! he's clever as a fox :)

Same people running the show in both and with the resource sector moving to crypto/blockchain they dont require a listing on AIM.Multiple oversubscribed placings have now come to an end on AIM and many pi's will see their holdings written off with BZM and ABM( TBC) as two recent examples of how it is done..The books are all the same it just the covers that are different .BUYER BEWARE across the entire AIM/LSE resource sector

No problem dmb if I had heeded your advice I would have come out of this with a healthy profit, fortunately I broke even, but there are those who unfortunately didn't or still haven't seen the light and I fear it's too late for them now.

I said it was a con months and months ago, and I wasn't the first.

Dimitri has called this right for a long time, it is a long con, engineered from the start. No deals done apart from those that have benefitted GR in one shape manner or form. He's squandered millions in supporting his lifestyle, and he and his cronies will end up with the lot.

If you have any doubts about this look at the structuring of the TCT element as a great example of part of the picture, what he bought, what he disposed of and what he ended up keeping through associated companies.

These kind of people would be lynched in olden times, it's what he deserves. No one can make as many bad decisions as he has made without knowingly playing out a second game behind the facade that is the front of house.

CON MAN.
