Also, as predicted this week ends like all the weeks before it. No news, no progress. Next year will be like this year if GR is allowed to remain in charge...just more dilution and ‘discussions’.

I still don’t understand how newco is an investment proposition. It’s just prem without circum. If someone wants to invest in prems assets they don’t have to wait until newco to do so. They can actually just buy prem shares now. And they get circum. Shocking I know! ;). And from the relentless buying we are seeing at prem at the moment we can anticipate a similar level for newco. Or even less since there will be no circum.

Personally I'd not if not already in, if already in then spin a coin and takes your pick and if it says buy make it 2 out of 3 and keep going till you get the right answer.

To participate or not to participate, that is the question.

You would not want to be out of this over the Christmas holidays! :). Also, if there’s limited investment into zim at the moment and as a result limited mining activity, why is prem paying 4 mil for a driller. Any normal company would squeeze the contractor since they are pressed for work. But not our George. Instead of squeezing them, he likes oh I’ll jusy give you 20 of our company. And then I’ll screw these suckers in the U.K. to pay for all of this.

Hi Loggy, same to you. You should pop over to the LSE Board as having a whale of a time with Napom. How stupid can one human being be?

Molj, just seen some nut job gave you another thumbs down. Will they ever learn, anyways hope you and family enjoy Christmas. My opinion is you and three other posters(not on Prem board) have been the most honest posters this year. Enjoy and will be back in new year and another year of trading begins, good trading next year to all even the nut jobs, see you in January.

Also not sure why napom keeps posting. Doesn’t he claim that he’s above the fray since he deals directly with GR. and yet he’s posting all the time. Sounds desperate to me. But maybe some in the action group are finally starting to realise that GR has been stringing everyone along for years and are asking things like ‘why did gr receive 100% support at the agm when there was nothing on the table apart from more placemens, why didn’t the action group voice a concern on the ballot?’

Bull - Not sure why you think 2019 will see any improvement. Newco is GR’s desperate attempt to fool new investors so he can continue to raise money. If prem had a high share price he would simply do a placement and hire the contractors. But he can’t do that due to the price/sharecap/terrible sentiment associated with the prem name so he’s trying to change the name and fool new investors. It won’t work. 2019 will be characterised by gr telling shareholders that he’s in discussions with investors re newco. And he’ll string that along until prem finally folds. Or if he’s lucky circum ipo’s late in 2019 and gr can do another raise to pay his salary and extend the misery another year. This is a lifestyle company through and through.

Stranger things have happened for sure but for now I'm maintaining sense of realism rather than expecting a repeat of Lazarus.

The buying is relentless!!! News on the way! Accretive placings! So much happening with prem at the moment who has the time to keep up. GR is doing deals left, right and centre!!! Woooo! I hope 2019 is an exciting as 2018!!!

Yeah molj, val there are some serious nut jobs on these boards who are incapable of admitting when they have got it wrong with a company. George roach should be prosecuted for what he has done to shareholders over the last three years. This could have been so different with the right man at the helm.

Also, just to add re circum. Those that are claiming inside info and saying the debt is secured are fibbing. The debt is not secured. Only a portion of it is. So that kicks the ‘ipo’ into the long grass again.

Mol - have to say this is looking dire now. The markets are poor in general at the moment so all this newco ipo is just dreaming. A junior miner with a terrible track record operating in Zim is not exactly the kind of ipo the market is looking for now. That also applies to circum. Potash? In this market? With all the issues in China.
Lithium is actually an ok play because of the green economy but GR hasn’t done a single thing to progress Zulu.
GR’s cash cow might finally be coming to an end. And with it, shareholders investments.

Comfortably trading sub .10 now. Sweet! Let’s see if we can break the .09 barrier this week. Also, why is GR delaying the placement. At at start of Dec he would have been able to get it off at .09-.10. Now we are looking at .06-ish levels.
