insane volume today!!!

I hope we have the 30k in the bank to pay GR his January salary. he deserves it! those emails to the Zim gov't aren't going to write themselves.

talked to the company. all this circum/zim gov't financing is nonsense. next update is the KME deal. and the proposal is something like this: shareholders need to approve this deal or we have to do a placement because we have no other financing options.

I don't know where people get all this other 'info'. I'm not sure they actually even speak with the company.

Anyone remember last March when someone posted that at PDAC they heard circum was delaying the ipo. GR hasilty arrnaged a podcast that afternoon to dismiss the rumours. Now 12 months later he’s saying ‘I’m hoping to meet with circum at Indaba’ Ha. Ha. Ha.

the one good thing about this situation is that it seems prem is so broke that it finally had to stop paying the posters on the lse board claiming GR is working hard to create shareholder value...

and it seems like NEWCO is the beginning of the end. I can't imagine retail investors falling for GR's waffle any more. like what is GR's NEWCO pitch? it's just prem but with an in-house driller (and without Circum). Someone should tell GR that you can hire drillers and don't need to buy them. Maybe GR honestly doesn't realize that.

at least you only bought a million!

2019 is just going to be GR telling investors that he's 'in discussions re NEWCO'. just like all those NIEEF discussions in 2018 that accomplished nothing.

tedoby - so how is this NEWCO any different then if prem tried to do a raise and buy KME? the only reason we are talking about NEWCO is that prem can't do large placements anymore so GR needs to trick new investors with a new name (and more sharecap room).

If the lse msg is correct then the big news everyone is waiting for is just GR letting the market know that he intends to change the name of prem and raise more money. Typical GR. he doesn’t know how to do anything else apart from placements.

I left this some time ago as George just continued to fail One excuse after another. Too many assets and not enough cash flow Manjana Manjana Manjana.then accidentally bought a million of these and am back in How annoying was that. Once done I thought hey ho lets see what happens surely Circum is worth more than this just on its own? So not going to sell for now and will keep my fingers crossed that George is a Leopard that will actually change his spits and deliver or even better the new management team have a close rein on him and the next RNS will have some real substance. TBH George really is too old to be in this game!!!

I really do feel for those holders that are seriously down here. ZULU had so much potential. GLAHS

mol - good thing Circum hired a web developer. can you imagine if they still had their old logo. now that would be dire straits :)

and I'm with you. at this price it's still a bit risky now. I would wait for the placing. which tbh should be dropping at any moment. I know for a fact that GR was in discussions re a placing in December. So those London meetings must have gone terribly. maybe they were offering him sub 0.05? primary bid it is then!

ooh. 0.07s! GR delivering shareholder value.

someone should really email him and say that the share price is dropping. he honestly might not be aware.

GR's 2019 accomplishments so far:

- sends email to Zim gov't asking for a meeting
- sends email to Circum asking if they are around during Indaba
- sends Napom an email indicating that he's sent the above two emails

oh, and the little trip to London for dinner and wine with old friends.

and people wonder why the share price is dropping...

I think that says more about GR than the gov't or Afmin/KME. GR indicated a red line for the legal route last summer and then proceeded to back track every time. you combine that with the reality that he has 'stretched the truth' regarding operations and I can't imagine anyone taking him seriously in a business meeting. this circum situation is another example of this. they saw GR coming a mile away...

He has let himself be strung along by the government for far too long. He promised last year a number of times that he would take action only for a pointless letter or meeting to delay it. The potential JV partner also has a lot to answer for in that RHA was nowhere near washing its face.

so I hear that GR is once again contemplating going down the legal route re RHA. haven't we been here before? ha. next he'll be telling us that KDNC have expressed interest!

update: sells at 0.08 now. maybe we hit .07's this afternoon. no worries though, GR is aware and has decided that he will have some meetings.

sells at .083 and GR is talking about having 'ongoing meetings'...a meeting here, a meeting there, everywhere a meeting and you shake it all about.

also, do folks think that if prem got an intern to make a new company logo the market would start believing that Rio Tinto is buying prem out? If Circum can release a new logo that cost them 50 quid to make and we have posters saying it signals the IPO then maybe if prem update their logo it will signal the Rio takeover...

GR is meeting with Circum in Indaba!!! massive news!!! I'm kidding. it's just an excuse for GR to have some dinners and wine. all expenses paid of course.

maybe the lack of news has nothing to do with the fact that there is nothing to report and that we have no cash. maybe it's because GR is super busy putting the finishing touches on the reverse take-over with Circum. haha.

I would personally cash in now whatever you can if still holding this, which I have been saying for a few months, I told everyone to get out on the .25p spike.

This is going to delist, nothing else can happen here. As if the Zim government are going to pay any attention whatsoever to this stupid little London listed AIM company worth nothing, they have a coup in full force going on.

Next RNS will be suspension from AIM.
