For a company that doesn't like unnecessary share dilution they do appear quite liberal with the share options. I wonder why the management doesn't sort out the "placing loan" necessity once and for all?

Indeed.......I do have a large holding of PRD now. The share price at some point will start to move fast as the hot and not so hot money comes in.

MOU-2 is the real deal........and drilling for that deserves a market cap near to 100 million.....which is well over 20p a share.

Still currently below 30 million market cap, for a debt free company, fully funded and drilling for a massive gas resource in an area with proven gas.......cheap as chips currently.

They are issuing OPTIONS not shares........

The Directors can now buy these option shares, at the option prices........in the future.

The other way to look at it is get they are getting the shares now and selling before the drilling results?

Is there a time limit that forced them to buy their options on todays date?
Why could they not have waited?

MOU-2 drilling should take 2 to 3 weeks.

Rigless testing 2 weeks for MOU-2

So from spud, we should have drill results in say 3 weeks and then testing results a couple of weeks after that. An exciting January awaits.

So. No GSA MOU. No CNG MOU. No Mou-2 drill in October or November.

What do punters get?

Maybe a Mou-2 drill in December.

Maybe a GSA MOU "after the announcement of the MOU-2 test results".

Maybe a CNG MOU "after the announcement of the MOU-2 test results".

But is not the Mou-2 test scheduled to take 6 months?

Is Mou-1 ever going to be tested?

Prudent.

But what is crazy is PRD is debt free, drilling a potentially massive 700 BCF gas accumulation and the market cap is only 27 million.
