LSE troll still on duty. That didn't take long.

"spurious comments"

Spurious indeed. But all taken from RNS and presentations. How dare he criticise the management. Or was it the Irish politician? The share price price prediction has vaulted to £56.32 and rising. How high can it go?

Be careful.

I wonder if he has any news on Mou-2? Not!

I wonder if the Mou-2 drill pad has been started? Not!

"MOU-2 well pad construction will commence this month"

That was in the 19 July 2022 Drilling and operations update. I wonder what they meant? 3 months ago. But don't dare criticise the management. The share price prediction is now £47.34 and rising.

Be careful.

They've signed the MOU gas sales agreement. Not!

They've signed the MOU leasing CNG equipment. Not!

Mou-2 has been spudded. Not!

Farm out agreement executed. Not!

Prevaricating. Not!

It is all the fault of the Irish minister. What does he know? The bean counters have got the share price moving up from £8.70, through £15.30 and onto £28.10+. Of course, some are simply hoping for 14p just before the drill. It might be better to wait. The company moves so slowly nothing is going to race away. How long before doubt creeps in. There's someone preparing his onion field in Morocco. It looks suspiciously like Mou NE. Where is Brian's shoe when you need it?

Be careful.

According to plan.....we are moving into the period of time when rig mobilisation news could come.

PRD should be flying upwards once rig mob is confirmed.......measly sub 30m market cap currently.

Exercise options now -Sell a portion at a profit and leave rest for MOU2 results - That's the sensible option-PRD tanked on previous TD

"Common sense highlights the tax implications of vesting now vs early next year"

Interesting. If it is common sense to exercise share options now rather than next year (for tax reasons) why has Paul Griffiths not exercised his 4,005,486 May 18 2018 options yet? Is he not the most "common sensed" person of the whole company? An outlay of £112,153 would be required. And next year it would be worth £60,000,000. Perhaps there is another driver behind the ex-directors exercising options now, and not tax implications.

Be careful.

Thank you for taking the time to furiously type your lengthy and vehement reply. I imagine your keyboard is slightly worse off for it.

Unfortunately I found it was’t helpful. While reading through your presumptive and accusatory imaginings I didn't find any answers to my jovial points and questions.
I’ve updated it for ease.

Oh dear.

"Common sense highlights the tax implications of vesting now vs early next year, there’s not one reason not to. Care to give me one?"

The options could have been exercised last year for better tax advantages. That's if maximising tax advantage is the main driving force. I'd hope the people involved are not making decisions on tax considerations alone. The shares are there to sell now. Maybe they believe the hype that the share price is going to rise to £15 or above ("I'm not greedy I'd accept 10% of that"). Or maybe, like many others, they hope to offload on the hype around the Mou-2 drill and interest from the mug punter. Who knows? It can be seen either way.

As for the rest of the drivel you espouse: it always amazes that the herd poster always tries to disappear any contrarian voice. If their case is so certain, what is the point? No need to bully. I suppose it is the animal instinct to kill off any threat to the host. How far and how little evolution has moved on. What are motives? I suppose it would be easy to say that your motives are to make money. But at the expense of who? The naive? The mug punter? As long as a profit is made you probably don't care (you don't need to justify anything). The motives of others might be different from yours. Try to accept it.

Be careful.
