In recent months, the price of recycled plastic flakes, used to make goods from soft drink bottles to glitter, has become more expensive than virgin plastic for the first time.

According to experts it is now cheaper for major manufacturers to use new plastic!!!

If this is the case, what’s the betting when countries realise PHE has the solution to tackle plastic waste, they will favour this more than trying to recycle it!

Especially so,in the urgent rush for green energy to save the planet and rid itself of plastic waste.

There are over 1.6bl tyres and other plastic components from the motor trade, some can be recycled, some not.

What complete and utter rubbish. There is more than enough plastic waste to serve PHE for many years to come. This is absolutely typical nonsense from the derampers. Disgraceful!

EU ban single use plastics, reduce consumption, extend producer responsibility and require recycling.

This will all presumably reduce the plastic feedstock available to PHE.

The new rules are proportionate and tailored to get the best results. This means different measures will be applied to different products. The new rules will introduce:

1. A ban on selected single-use products made of plastic for which alternatives exist on the market: cotton bud sticks, cutlery, plates, straws, stirrers, sticks for balloons, as well as cups, food and beverage containers made of expanded polystyrene and on all products made of oxo-degradable plastic.

2. Measures to reduce consumption of food containers and beverage cups made of plastic and specific marking and labelling of certain products.

3. Extended Producer Responsibility schemes covering the cost to clean-up litter, applied to products such as tobacco filters and fishing gear.

4. A 90% separate collection target for plastic bottles by 2029 (77% by 2025) and the introduction of design requirements to connect caps to bottles, as well as target to incorporate 25% of recycled plastic in PET bottles as from 2025 and 30% in all plastic bottles as from 2030.

Foliage, AFC have been assigned as "best available technology" by De Nora no less.

"The milestone performance announced today...positions AFC Energy's product offering to be one of, if not, the lowest cost fuel cell in the market today...These results are undisputedly assigning the mark of "Best Available Technology" to AFC Energy's fuel cell" (AFC, 27/8/2019)

What are the technical issues you have found with AFC's fuel cell? Please source tests/texts that highlight why you have doubts. Thanks.

You mention AFC, which I have doubts about their technology. But you know that HW is the founder of AFC and the driving force behind W2T.

Facts on Plastic:

World producing 300 million tons a year!
8 million tons/year is dumped in the sea!
A whopping 91% of plastic isn’t recycled!
8.3billion tons has been produced so far!
Of which 6.3 billion tons has become plastic waste!

The world's going to need a hell of a lot of DMG units!
Let's hope they can do the job.
Pleased to be onboard!

Ken, don't presume to know me, you don't. I have survived this cesspit for 35 years and I am still in the game, oddly enough, with more wealth than I started with, in spite of a zero and a couple of near-misses...can you boast the same!?

If you're suggesting speaking to BODs of companies isn't a good idea, I guess you have to put me and all the II's, and fund managers into the bracket of gullible lemmings. You may think reading forums is research, I prefer to ask the company questions and hope I get honest answers and share with like-minded retail investors. If a company director lies to me, I am out and I will ensure investors and potential investors are aware of the lie(s) and or misinformation.

You prefer conspiracy theories, misinformation for whatever agenda you have. Fine, whatever gets you through your day. Your ilk is ten a penny on these forums and you seem to think nobody can spot you!

No need to reply, I won't waste any more of my time bandying words with a BBM that gets his excitement from baiting investors that try to make a better life for themselves by whatever means excites them.

It just goes to show how much momentum PHE has that Kenneth the erstwhile chef is going into paragraphs of detail rather than his usual obnoxious 2 sentences.

Sadly you are a typical lemming and mushroom punter. Listen to deccer1, he talks a lot of sense.

He is filtered and has been for quite a while. He is irrelevant. The closer we get to the 5/3 planning meeting the more the buying pressure will increase. Add on any dips when affordable IMHO.

Ken, you have 0 credibility. You have been de-ramping this stock since it was 0.3. Unlike you I've made £10,000's backing PHE and on course to make £100k's You are obviously a disgruntled director and if anyone would of taken your advise then they would be out of pocket. Now stop being a muppet and go bother the Oil and Gas stocks.
