The additional share issue for the takeover of W2T is hardly going to come as a surprise to anyone. Anyone concerned about dilution of the share price will have left the stage long ago.

Like I said, planning consent today just means the dilution going ahead, scruffy old red trainers jeqns and a striped tee shirt, then a long wait for construction, testing and maybe more redesigning or failure.More dilurive fund raisings along the way.Price got ahead of itself yesterday didnt it.Lemmings and mushrooms only.

After the issue of a further 60% PHE shares for the take-over of W2T, if the share price was to be double where it is today (1.2p x 2) i.e. 2.4p then the MCAP would be approx. £83M.

Or if the share price was to be 3p then the MCAP would be approx. £104M.

IMHO that's not excessive for the combined enlarged company PHE+W2T. But others may disagree!

Ken You haven't got a clue that's total staff on shift pattern. And operating costs will be well built in to budget. Do you realise how profitable a business model the working plants will be to provide the operators with a tasty return on investment. The infrastructure funds will be all over this like a rash once plant one is operational. You are such a mushroom

"The article says the gasifier will require 14 staff, so expensive to run."

Not PHE's problem. That's up to the developer, and PHE is not building or operating the DMG unit.

vatnabrekk, ask the CEO, he said it.

What about the staff they will take on from W2T, including HW, etc? It all adds to the costs.

I expect HW will want a place on the Board and a nice six figure salary, plus expenses.

Lots more fun and games to come and lots more dilution.

Lemmings and mushrooms only.
