From informal discussion at the AGM: if the start-up plant is financed, once planning permission is granted, institutional funds will pour in to finance the next ten sites in the UK.

The price will soar.

We have to hope this company stays independent.

Low cost Hydrogen and dealing with plastic - its a no-brainer!!!!!!

My own view is that it is difficult to assess what the effect of issuing new shares will be given that they are all being used to purchase W2T. If the price paid for W2T is too high then yes, there will be a dilution of value. If the price paid is good value then we have the opposite - rather than diluting it will add value. The problem is that we, as shareholders, don't know what W2T is worth and cannot make that calculation. We have to leave that to the Directors of Powerhouse, who will clearly (I hope!) want to strike as good a deal as possible.

Or do I have this wrong?

Super, the point I made has nothing to do with retrace or running out of steam, it was the pending dilution. We need to be cautious, not ignore it.

The retrace is healthy as no share goes up constantly. It is 3 weeks today to the planning meeting so expect this to climb again in advance.

If everyone filtered him he might go away. The gap to £0.90 is there to be filled soon.

So, Ken, now you are having to repeat yourself over and over again. Is this because you can't think of anything original to say? Or is it because your are concerned that no-one paid any attention to you the first time?

So after the dilution to takeover of HW's private company later this Quarter, I expect more dilution to pay for the extra W2T staff and directors, and probably larger offices.

Obviously they will need a dilutive placing after the dilutive takeover.

So after the dilutive takeover I expect the mm's to drop the price like a stone unless they do it sooner.
