I agree with superbarnet. I filtered the individual in question a long while ago. I'm open to any side of an argument if it's presented with a rationale, but this particular account adds no value to the discussion. I find it mildly irritating to have to read others engaging with the user for no benefit to man nor beast.

Nor fungi.

If everyone on this board filtered him we would not need to hear any more from him and he could find another thread to irritate. I filtered him and few others a while ago so do not give a toss about what they say.

In that case why wasn't he CEO of PHE from the start doing all the 'development consultant' work inhouse instead of setting up a seperate private company W2T? Was it because as CEO of PHE with an initial shareholding of say 10% he would have been diluted down to a fraction of 1% by now, whereas W2T gave him a way to get a high percentage (40%) stake in PHE for free just on the eve of commercialisation? I only ask the question and make no accusation of illegality although I would like th eregulators to investigate.

A private free Hotmail account, not a W2T address on a secure W2T computer server? Either it's a fake or a very unprofessional IT setup?

Doesn't want riches but set up the two companies PHE and W2T, then managed to get PHE to put themselves over a barrel to him in 2017 by giving W2T exclusive 'development partner' rights, pay W2T £20k per month to exist, and now basically pay him 40% of PHE to get those rights back? Also put his own very young son on the board of W2T as others have previously pointed out?

And this.Howard White ?16/01/20 08:20Absolutely - and that I would fiercely resist any takeover from a third party as the vast potential for PHE shareholders should remain with the faithful !!

Best and thanks for your continued support TrevorHoward

It's about 66% more not 166% but adds value by potentially doubling PHE's share of revenues, means money from any territorial outlicensing will flow more directly to PHE, and make PHE more investible and a more attractive takeover target (as they will control both technology and marketing rights, unless where outlicensed).I was wondering if they will go down the outlicensing route for deoloyment across Asia via Toyota?

Yes we do know the new shares will be 166% of current 3.3 billion. And I doubt the share price will alter even though more in issue As the market has adjusted already.

We don't know rhe full outstanding balance of shares will be yet until the merger. Another 40 % most likely. 150.1 consolidation?

My T20 for settlement 11th Feb was covered anyway, but after yesterday's dip it is now currently positive.

I still expect a share consolidation.

(Ceres has now more than doubled since their 10: 1 consolidation.)

PHE could stand 100:1 consolidation before steaming ahead after the planning permission.

Following superbarnet's forecast that could mean £5.00 per consolidated share this

time next year on its upward journey.
