It's common practice all over AIM that the market makers get themselves into trouble over shorting stock so go offering money direct to the company to accumulate the shares they are short by.FCA are constantly notified about this practice but because they are in bed with the market makers and most there are ex market makers nothing will be done about it.A you scratch my back I scratch yours mentality. They both make a fortune so they don't care.

Mertymcs, where is your evidence for your statement that the company didn't the placing money?
Who forced the directors and it's advisers to make this placing if they didn't need the money?

Why didn't the company say no to the shortets if your posting is to be believed?

Will there be YR1s from Yady and Renewme as their shareholding percentages have crossed relevant thresholds?

Holding TR1 was not anyone selling out it was a share level adjustment because of the placing.

Placing was not needed by the company it was market makers trying to cover their short positions as they got themselves into trouble and couldn't cover it.Company shouldn't have taken the placing and let the market fall short for once.

Somehow I don't think we need to worry about a shortage of plastic feedstock for a very long time!

The following extract may be of interest to anyone who doesn't have time to read RNSs:

Extract from RNS 22nd November 2017:
The pre-FEED stage of the engineering programme has validated the Company’s DMG© technology and its ability to deliver commercial quantities of high-grade synthesis gas (syngas) for use as a fuel, for electrical production, and for the extraction of 99.999% road-fuel-quality hydrogen. It was completed in conjunction with consulting engineer Engsolve Ltd (“EngSolveR21;) and met the Company’s previously announced milestone targets in terms of commercial build and delivery.

If it's got a chimney stack, superg1, then that's not it. PHE's G3 won't have a chimney stack.

No deal with anyone anywhere confirms the technology will work day in day out at industrial levels. No tests to show it would work have been carried out, demonstrations that it can produce hydrogen have been done.

As demonstrated by Air products they moved ahead with their site sorted and plenty spent but it didn't work.

The company had just announced a distribution agreement with Tresoil Biofuels SRL.

Now check the company size, projects that have previously been involved with, how many employees, their financial strength based upon the published accounts.

The RNS published last week the day before the share placing described Tresoil Biofuels SRL as "a well established company in Bucharest and has been involved in seeking grants for alternative energy projects and is considered a leading specialist in this area."

BOTH 50MW PLANTS TO BE SOLD FOLLOWING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES05.04.2016 09:25
Air Products to Ditch Plasma Gasification Waste to Energy Plants in Teesside
In an expensive about turn, Air Products is to exit the waste to energy sector and off-load its two trouble hit 50 MW plasma gasification plants in Teesside, North East England.

Big company 15,000 employee went ahead and guess what, it wouldn't work.

The market is littered with such failures in the sector, PHE included re Pyro.

But no, this time more than any other time this time, we're gonna find a way find, a way to spin it more this time.

You would think KA would buy a few £100k worth of shares as by his claims the share price will be 800 times higher in 4-5 years and he would be worth £240 mill.

His confidence that is going to happen is there for all to see.

No money worries post first plant built, after that it's plain sailing no more dilution no money needed, it will flood in.

I', going by these bits

PowerHouse is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Peel Environmental Ltd (“Peel Environmental”) and its subsidiary This is Protos LLP (‘Protos’;) to work together to pursue the development, construction and operation of an energy from waste plant at Peel Environmental’s Protos facility near Chester, UK. This MOU was brokered by Waste2Tricity Ltd (“Waste2Tricity”) in conjunction with the joint development agreement between PowerHouse and Waste2Tricity announced on 18 January 2017.

A search using the word Protos took me to.

Non material amendment to Planning application 16/03074/FUL to amend the description of the development to 'Erection of an Energy from Waste Facility (up to 49MW) and associated development including access and landscaping'

2 + 2 = 5 then

Just used the 49 MW part to see if anyone does things like that.

This came up

Air Products Teesside Facility
Air Products is a global supplier of industrial gases, performance materials, equipment and technology. Air Products secured planning consent to develop a 49MW (300,000 tonne) advanced gasification energy from waste (EfW) facility, deploying gas turbines at the New Energy and Technology Business Park, near Billingham, Teesside. In its role as a structured solutions provider Waste2Tricity identified the Teesside site for Air Products and the feedstock supplier.

A quick search on them and details that Air products couldn't get their kit to work.
