11/8/2017 22:13 | But it shows the quality of the management? How many annual accounts have been filed late in the last two years?? How many shares allotment firms have they filed on time and with no errors?? Still not corrected last year's interim accounts. How about the share options issued to the director s in March 2016, are they compliant with Aim rules? Simple yes or no? The website isn't compliant with Aim Rule26, They are supposed to have copies of the last three annual accounts on there. Where are the 2015 set? 11/8/2017 16:02 | Hi Beeezzz, sorry for the delay in answering I have been oversea's. The problem is the difference between fact and theory. The theory is good, but probibly 20 years before its time. You are correct PHE are trying to bring their theory into fact using known materials. The same applies with all the other technologies being offered today. In some way Warwich69 is correct, there is no doubt when new materials are discovered that will make all the technoligies viable, if PHE is still in business it will be an absolute success story beyond everyone's dreams. The CEO of PHE has to say everything is going well, he has no choice, the alternative is to admit defeat. However in reality all is not well, and I personally doubt PHE will ever succeed. I am sorry if by saying this it upsets anyone, but I can only deal with fact, not theory. | luckey jim | |
