From lse chat, seem to make a lot of sense:

Powerhouse end H1 2024 with £729k in cash, after spending £1267k on overhead cost and £471k in investment during the first 6 months of the year. With a similar cash burn in H2 2025, its estimated that the company will have around £850k in cash by year end. With a 6-months cash burn of around £1700-1800k the company would have no cash left by end of March 2025. The cash situation must be addressed well in advanced of actually running out of money.

If you want to see inside the shutter doors check this out. This was last August when the Thermal Conversion Chamber kiln, delivered in June, had been repositioned and mechanically completed. Plenty of time since then to complete the full installation.

This is only a test centre and offices, not a full-blown commercial facility.

graham- your response is rather subjective and aimed to depress. Let me help you. The Unit is reported to be circa 10,000sf which would surely be adequate for a small office and two testing units if it came to it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and there is the ever pressing need to keep costs down at this stage.

Have you been to the site I have you may be a little disappointed if/when you go down there. It’s a small industrial unit with a smaller yard area.

You can produce hydrogen and electricity from gas/syngas and is already being done.

It’s not what PHE are about they want to convert plastic into syngas.
