Read back about my comments concerning the financial reporting errors and reflecting the management of quality in a business.

Since then there have been numerous other matters highlighted with just a casual look and no in depth analysis to find them. For example, the recent share placing where it took three attempts to get it right and only after the errors were highlighted on a BB with just a 30 second read.

So why does the company allow errors to occur and to keep repeating them?

I think my morals are far more honourable than the likes of Lagosboy/pomander and his side kick dolphin/!nelson and the many other disgraceful posters helping MM cover heir positions and spread fear to encourage shareholders to sell to benefit their pathetic agendas !!I can sleep very comfortably knowing I am doing a good thing trying to help! Yes if successful I will be rewarded in a monetary manner but I will equally be able to hold my head up with pride Sure these beg heads can't say that

Hang on a minute here, so this globally pioneering hydrogen producing soon to be Footsie 100 company is reliant upon a major shareholder with no relevant experience or background whatsoever in the sector to open up a number of potentially very lucrative contacts.

Not only that, he is prepared to leak notice of these meetings in advance.

Its thoroughly unprofessional despicable behaviour, and talk about being a hypocrite, its worse than the diatribe of unsubstantiated allegations made against the MM's which his buddy KA would have to be complicit anyway if true.

If Mr Ryan is so cash strapped as is being suggested why did he buy shares at a 70% premium to their market value. Surely that is the action of someone with plenty of dosh

if you think that the price is ultimately controlled by MMs then you are in the wrong game. MM make their money on the spread, whatever direction of travel of share price. on the contrary, i am very interested in PHE - unfortunately most of the interest is in watching what looks like a slow motion car crash. the theory underpinning PHE is a spectacular story, and who in their right mind wouldn't want to see it materialise? i just don't see KA as being the saviour of the planet. i keep an eye on many BBs because once in a blue moon you come across real research/opinion put forward by (seemingly) credible and knowledgeable people, but more often than not the standard of posting leads you to save your money. that is how i have maintained my portfolio - i am not a rich man, but i haven't needed a 'job' in the last 7 years - and no, i haven't inherited my money, nor do i get the dole. i do wish genuine holders all success, but i abhor naked ramping, lying etc, and learning to identify the BS can preserve your wealth.

In terms of the technology not rocketing the share price I meant that the MM will only let it good they want to, they control the game and will do whatever they like.Now I am a critic of PHE but also watch what is going on as the tech is cutting edge of it comes off.Some people see the directors buying as a good thing and for others it just provides fuel to their fire to come up with statements against it.I'm sure with your mass fortune that you have better things to do then pass regular comment on a stock you clearly have no interest in

mertymcs - prove it with facts. directors can and do routinely invest much more than £30k to focus on this is bizarre. all it proves is that PHE directors either haven't the cash or the confidence in their own company. and if you think that proving their technology won't rocket the share price, what do you think it will take? honestly i have never read such tripe
