Not disclosed as should have been under the disclosure rules for shareholders. Previously in the significant shareholders schedule in the audited accounts but not the 2017 accounts.

Is Renewme Limited still holding all its shares issued in 2016?
Where was the TR1 for their previous significant shareholding a few years ago which was sold?

Share price dropping probably more to do with placings and dilutions, delays, no sales, poor financial reporting and sales by significant shareholders.

I can assure you it is effecting aim shares I know individuals who have to sell stock to raise capital for cover'MM know this is the case will be plenty of big worked sell orders it could easily effect PHE and many many stocks

It's new EU rules which start on 1 August for retail investors not professional investors and related to margin requirements for CFDs.

i think its a twist on the truth. Look up margin rules on the fca website and all i can find is a table of dates, the next is 1st september with a notional amount above 1.5 trillion.

Rules start on 1 August.
AGM and questions to the auditors will have more impact

Well now you can sell over 4 million shares above the bid !!!! Never had a quote in one go for selling so many shares So MM have driven it down to where they really want to accumulate Big buy signal for me Time to accumulate for upcoming news imho

This rule change on Spread bet and margin accounts is giving those with cash some really great buying opportunities PHE is definitely a bargain at the moment

Now I know why so many AIm shares are being hammered the margin rules are changing big time in four days Traders with open positions can no longer use shares as collateral to cover their margin So you have massive distressed selling going on in May illiquid shares So any one not effected by this has an opportunity to pick up some really really cheap stock after this stops in a few days there should be quite a bounce back !!!! FILL YOUR BOOTS
