How many shares do PHE owe and still have to issue to Hillgrove in repayment of the loan and what rate of interest is accruing on those shares payable in extra shares and thus extra dilution?

Is it true PHE do not own the interlectual rights to the Gen 3 system until the loan to Hillgorve is fully repaid, effectively meaning the IP is currently owned by Hillgrove?

Morning Stig, would you mind me asking you via this BB do you currently have a position with PHE?Why do you feel the need to type aggressively and be so rude, is this attention seeking....For every action there is a reaction?Paul is just making data available to those that may not be aware or have not researched in any great detail, what is wrong with that?He has been open and honest, holds a large position and for numerous reasons wants the company to progress and succeed which it clearly will do helped with investment and dare I say belief and POSITIVITY! Enjoy your day..SJ

Let's all see Super how it all plays out. Surely if you do have a long position in PHE you want it to succeed for your investment standpoint and as importantly what the Company is doing to resolve major global issues regarding waste and energy, what's there really NOT to like.....Best of luck to you and all involved with Powerhouse, Keith will deliver if you are invested and believe and have researched all will be rewarded including the planet..SJ

Stu

Not a good idea as that just fires me up to look deeper. Which of course could result in good things.

But first up the 25tpd unit timeline conversation is farcical based on previous events.

Rewind and you will see PHE started off with a 30 day timeline for the first unit with comments of simple upgrades. Then 30 days more, simple stuff. Was it finally 18 months not 30 days and then an admission of significant hurdles against a run of claims of simple changes.

So anyone thinking there is going to be a 25 tpd unit running next spring is surely deluded.

The first small unit has yet to go under serious lengthy test runs. 'Lab conditions' are nothing like commercial reality.

Someone asked about costs v returns so I'll have a go re production.

Besides that logically I'm thinking tyre crumb has a high calorific value and is much more controllable re oxygen content. General waste in theory won't produce as much hydrogen and would be far harder to control on oxygen content.

That said there will be plenty of tyres that need disposal

I'm with Super....anybody with basic understanding of engineering and R&D would know this is going to take a considerable amount of time even if there are no hiccups or major redesigns....Warwick you can believe what you like, I have not seen anything that convinces me they are any closer to a full production system...

This is one I built earlier.....

As your handle suggests, the wiki says........Supernumerary, actor, a performer in a film, television show, or stage production who has no role or purpose other than to appear in the background, more commonly referred to as an "extra"Sounds about right I guess, who knows..........or cares.....DYOR.?
