I have been rubbing my eyes tonight with disappointment.
Trials, we were told time and again, would be held yesterday afternoon and today in Chester to demonstrate an industrial dream, worth billions -,turning universal trash into fortunes. I find it amazing that noone has had the confidence to describe the great event and record this incredible process for those too infirm like me, to make the journey.

I was, like warwick, hoping for a shred, (and not a shredding), of the essential evidence from at least one excited visitor.

Warwick , I think you are condemned to go on dreaming.

How's the directors shareholdings, still £1,500 in total,?

Still no explanation about the delay in issuing the 280 million shares to Hillgrove for the convertible loan? This was first announced in February 2017.

But the RNS is a record of the company. It raised money which was specified on the RNS in July 2016. " We've made the decision to expedite the hiring of several key project management and business development staff to support the company's commercial roll out."

So how many were hired? Which recruitment agencies were used, how many were interviewed, etc??? Remember, the RNS was issued two weeks after the 2016 accounts were published which stated that the company had sufficient funds for 17 months of operations.

Why do you need other companies? The company raised £250,000 in July 2016 to expedite the hiring of sales staff as per the RNS.

So how many sales people were hired? The audited 2016 accounts show total number of employees as nil.

So what if Howard White has interests in other companies and so does his son he has invested best part of £1 million of his family trusts money in PHE and has indeed put his money where his mouth is PHE do not have the staff to sign up enough deals on its own but if W2T get us deals we will profit what's wrong with that Your beloved VRS could do with someone helping with sales as the company has not managed too much on its own has it??

Not bickering just looking at some details to try and make sense of them.

I was looking for the age of reason foundation, Eturab trade corporation and Adam white.

The reason being they are the largest shareholders of Waste2 T etc.

AFC have about 23% of the shares

Age of reason showed 28% transferred

Eturab 46%

and Adam white 9%

I seems the age of reason beneficiary is BEN white son of Howard white.

I picked up on that from this post on iii in 2009.

The theme seems to be the same as the comments about W2T talking the profit away from PHE.



"They have stated B9 Coal get 2% of net profits generated by using the fuel cells.
And they have stated that AFC get a royalty based on profits. So what % does AFC Energy get? Why the secrecy? My concern is that AFC will get an upfront payment but very little ongoing profit afterwards whilst B9Coal is getting a good deal. AFC could have easily done this on their own and kept all the profit but they always seem to create other companies (W2T, B9Coal) who take profit away from AFC shareholders.

Josh White is only 19 or so years old. What are his credentials for being a director of this company? Ah yes, son of Howard White. So is this a way for Howard White to skim the profits away from AFC shareholders? They may be major AFC shareholders themselves however the more profit they take via B9Coal and W2T, before it hits the AFC books, the better for them.

I believe that on the back of good news such as a tie up with Linc Energy the AFC Energy share price should have spiked way more than it has. However, based on the secrecy still here and based on B9Coals association with the familiar name, many investors are scared to invest and this is keeping the share price down."

Eturab is Howard White as is Yady it seems who are PHE connected.

deccer1: Please explain where this story about developing an intermediate machine came from. On another BB several people who were at the demo yesterday have said that they heard nothing about such a move, so where did you get it from?

Can anyone confirm the comments that they are considering developing an intermediate commercial unit before the 25tpd unit? Did this come out during the demo, or where did it come from?
