Respectfully, he called the 1630 top to the tick. Finding the ex-div bottom is going to be a bit trickier.

You would get the same £6k gain if you sold yesterday (more if you sold above 1600p) and bought back without the divy.

Even if there is a post dividend dunk this is still undervalued and one of the strongest performers in a sector that should do better than most as inflation and PMs continue on an upward trend. Regardless of what happens in the markets as a whole still another divi to look forward to after the summer.
