Re Glen - been there, done that, got the t-shirt.

Share price too high for my liking and my approach now. $19bn debt...

FRES already even. POLY should follow in the afternoon for a possible blue close.

No I didn't - too sleepy (and thick). You're right though.

Personally I don't care if it is rational or not - just want it to be volatile. 😀

imatsu, GBP/USD moved quite a bit so I assume you factored that in.

All shares that price their market in dollars took a bit of a hit

Interesting to track the gold price against yesterday - and compare and contrast this share price.

It is what it is...

Techs rise was monstrous through COVID for obvious reasons.

POLY has a habit of recovering pretty quickly most of the time when the market drops as sector rotation switches to gold/silver as flight of safety against inflation in particular. Techs suffer the most.

Stocks look set to drop at the open in Asia Tuesday after a slide in U.S. equities as surging commodity prices stoked concern about inflation.

hmm, AU still has pretty good momentum so think you may have left the party a little early. Well done on the dividends, what will you spend your 20GBP divi on?

The benefit of living in S/E Asia is I'm 6 hours ahead, so I know what the prices are beforehand ;-)

lol stupid. I'm full of G&T at the mo, but the most important thing to take away is my holding in AYM is less than 1% of my net worth. If they multi-bag I make a nice gain, but if they crash and burn I wont be seriously impacted. You obviously didn't take on board my previous posts regarding risk and money management.

Took my profit and get the dividend paid 28th May, I just see these back around 1550p.

Interesting sign off - "i want you poems for him". Do you pay extra for that?

Edit - ah, it has disappeared. Pity...😎

I just thought sub 190 with a rising gold and silver price was a bit mad. But today sold some, kept some. If it goes up, sell or keep the rest and buy something else, if it goes down, buy some more.

I wish it was more technical and insightful - but it's not...

Gotta love the volatility though - adding back earlier sales, guessing (no more than that) that 1600 is a floor to be tested. If not, such is life, buy more lower.

Just keep doing it, taking the cash. Rotate between them even (sold some HOC from last week sub 190 just now, plus a little dividend too) - HOC, FRES, POLY. All good stuff.

Don't forget with dividend shareprice equivalent to 1670p. So had a good rise, will dip back to 1550p.
