Why would they drop the interim. So OK it was a 100% gain last year but it will be zero gain this year of they pay 40c again. Not very progressive and certainly wasn't classed as a special dividend last year.

Yes that’s for the year, 40c was last years interim, Thursday is interims 40c again would be fantastic, but that 40c was a 100% gain last year. That’s why I think possibly 30c would still be good. If 40c or over then I think shares would go over 1600p coming days.

Consensus forecast dividend for the year is 147c - last years interim was 40c - think anything less than 40c interim this year would spook the market.

Of course lol, like I said always someone knows more than us, interims Thursday, so tomorrow will give us an indication, if up great then bodes well. Everyone expecting 40c let's hope so, but that was up 100% from last year. 20c to 30c my forecast.

If the dividend 40c Thursday great, I reckon 20c to 30c.

If Poly paid 40c again then surely it wouldn't be dividend growth ?

40c interim would be the same as last years interim and zero growth ?

If the profit is there to pay 40c then surely the dividend policy dictates this. Why should they need to fall back to 20c when the average gold price is over $100 per oz higher than H1 2020. Production is more or less flat. ???

You got 24 I have 39 followers, more on premium, which you two can't afford.Not expecting 40c dividend Thursday, that was a 100% increase last year, can't keep growing dividend that much. 20c to 30c my forecast. Still good though.Two massive sells after hours today, worrying.

Gold is 1803 dollars now and Poly down, figure that out. Normally Poly over 1600p easily. Something not right.

Monty you talk about shorting it on account someone has got a sniff of results and then claim gold will be 2k this week which regardless of results would send the share price into orbit from here ! If anyone knows whats coming down the pipe(and i doubt it in a pro company like Poly) it wouldn;t reach most quarters(not enought to move market) and if Gold goes to 2k POLY will explode off the launchpad skywards.....so you're going to short this on some rumour that isnt even a rumour in the face of a spiking gold price ?

Called me a cynic, but when gold goes over 1800 and Polymetal with that great gold rise, Poly down, a couple of days before figures, think I would be short going into Thursday.Gold up, but not helping sentiment for shareprice.
