Bought a few more today.I confess I did not expect to see Poly under £15 again. My average share price is now a couple of pence over £10, so I suppose it could drop further. I am now really as heavy as I want to be in Poly, though. It is Russian after all. Now I want the bottom to drop out of the price of a safe silver miner. Has anyone got their eye on one?

They have wiped out the stop loss targets of the bulls, made a fortune, so will they start buying again.

The banks apparently want gold lower and steeping on the shorting peddle.

They haven't said yet - the half year results are only out later in the month.

And yes I did. Still (just) below 20,000 (have been at 28,000 or so)


Notice gold hit 1680 early on - perhaps tripple bottoming on the one year chart, but too soon to say. Middle of Summer shenanigans, I think. Might as well take advantage.

If the dollar currency basket gets over 93, gold will be crushed.

The banks stepping up the pressure and shorting gold. Wiping out bulls in physical gold. Stick to mining shares at least income twice a year.

Forecast p.e 8 forecast yield is 7.2%.So getting paid to wait for bounce in gold price. That's why I like gold mines over physical gold.

It's not really news though - POLY themselves have drawn attention to it in recent presentations, as posted previously.

I think it's likely to be one of the main, if not the main, reason for the absurd valuation here of under 9 times earnings. As such it is already priced in.

This is getting hit by the precious metals prices and a statement by Putin saying he will raise taxes in 2022.




It will bounce back but likely be under pressure for a few days.

According to bllomberg contributer Gold will still go down. You may find opportunities to top up at year low.

Was expecting poor NFP data. Pulled it out too early. 650@1537p. Will add more if she goes further down. Gap filled now then.
