Boney what your not grasping is that 80% of the funding is secured from Cornerstone investors and Government grant.
Who will take the remaining 20% Philips, Directors.
Retail wont be involved unlike GDR which was 100% retail, hence the 54% discount.
You have to look at each companies merits individually rather than tar them all with the same brush, something you seem incapable of doing.

Another thing due is 6-12 year old age bracket with fda which is on track. That will be a substantial growth of market. Gas exchange will be massive. Partners will be desperate to get involved here. I've said it all along.

Same story as just happened at Gdr. A bit of news to try and list the share price as they approach the market for funds and the price dives. 1-2p placing coming here aswell I'm afraid watch and learn

Imho the market /investors are visible see traction taking hold.
Its taken 18 months but starting to generate revenues which will only grow from here.
Remember its the razor blades that will generate the growth revenue.

If the company has strong underpinning Fundamentals with Cornerstone investors then a placing can be done around 5-10% discount. Reference, Illika 5.1% as opposed to GDR 54%.
