Cheers DYM Turbo.I can't see the POLX application on the MHRA website. Nor do I see why we need an academic institution to support when the application is a paper submission exercise.

Opinions JH but you know that UK will give almost automatic clearance
for approvals elsewhere such as FDA
and Polarean didn't want to market anywhere outside of USA when they had 27 million

You from all your previous posts know that all of this commercialisation should have been ironed out prior to FDA approval and their market intelligence should have told them exactly where they stood on their research sites clinical adoption.
A BOD on top of their game would have been pivoting the strategy to drive sales elsewhere.

Since Jeremy Hunt's 2023 budget, the UK MHRA offers "near automatic sign-off" for medicines and technologies approved by other trusted regulators, such as the United States, Europe and Japan.  I have no idea why POLX hasn't applied for the above for the very small amount of money it would cost.

i disagree Goldbutler with the limited resources POLX have at present i think its correct to focus on the US where they have clinical clearance.

yes I did notice.JH
He said his son was about 11 years old

All the more reason why Polarean should be knocking on the door of
UK Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for all those with CF for which they (polarean )
have approval and further approval if FDA approve in the next 10 months

UKCFF are not waiting about for Polarean - you make my case
Siemens are also involved - a large player in the MRI field

You can rest assured if Siemens had FDA approval they would be into UK and Europe
without any delay.

According to justin waite sharepickers.com in an interview on utube with Vadim Alexandre of SPAngel

an enhanced oxygen mri study is taking place in London.

He says that when his wife and young son came back
he was told it wasn't Polarean but a different clinical trial
and Siemens are involved with CF Foundation

It doesn't make any sense for Polarean not to market in the UK
It looks as if UK Cystic Fibrosis Foundation are not waiting for them.

edited to correct for utube

Commercialisation is not happening quick enough in light of the current finances - the company was expecting Duke university at around the end of Q1- so anytime now.

There is no solid reason why they cannot have Philips for one example, market in UK ,Europe or UAE or other arabian gulf and middle eastern states where there is a big COPD problem.

During his interview on Proactive investors 3 months ago
Dr Von Jacko said Polarean was talking to a number of really good potential partners.

He went on to say he was talking to a number of Foundations.

There is no doubt that Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will be one of those
and it had been mentioned by Mr Hullihen previous CEO and mentioned on presentation.

That Cystic Fibrosis Foundation received $3.3 Billion when it sold royalty
rights for the drug Kalydeco
-
the plan to expand current FDA approval to age group from 12 onwards will
have this Foundation as a potential partner for their 35000 patients.

CGT rules were changed a number of years ago
There is no CGT advantage for Bed and breakfast on the same day and there needs to be
a 30 day gap.

Nothing to stop anyone buying and selling on the same day
but they need to check CGT rules and / or take Tax advice from someone competent

Large trades between two parties almost certainly. Often they'll agree a price and then transact in tranches and can be on wvap or some other calculation hence the slight differences.

Where we are seeing two identical trades, in terms of the number of shares, passing through but with fractions of a penny difference in price, do people think that these are just Rollovers or are the shares being bought and sold between two parties? TIA

It's both - clearly - Amati on one side.

I also note no further commercial news - hugely disappointing for equity - think they'll struggle to fund it to be honest.

Just soaking up the previous sells?

Or delayed sells & that’s why we’re at 4p?
