john henry,
I’ve no idea, but perhaps 6 years is realistic for a new medtech company to reach profitability?

Tutte has been wrong to date also. I'd listen to those of us who have been far more objective and logical in our reasoning.

Okay. I'm very happy with the top up. If they say it's 10p for any fundraise they know the share price will move to 10p prior. And the funding will occur there won't be any pi involvement. GLA

Henry sorry but after your dest comments earlier this week I won't be listening to anything you have to say tbh. This is a dead duck now.
What profits on what deals? They are years away from breakeven and burning through cash that nakther fund raise will be needed in less than a year. Its death spiral at its best here

They take on strategic partners for things like further fda approvals. We have evidenced great support from heart foundations in the u.s and uk. Welcome back on board John henry

Another $20M to take the company through to Further FDA approval and Profitability is SFA in the grand scheme of things.

Turnover 1 million and they need another 10 million in capital.

Why does anyone by shares in companies like this?

Because Nukem don't always get everything right like other companies?

I did find the idea of them purchasing equity directly in the market very odd and still do actually.

This will never see a profit now once the dulljton takes effect and they need more money next year and the year after rit will be fractions of a penny. Death spiral has begun. Rip Polx

So from FDA to profitability, 6 years. Im pretty sure investors hadnt envisaged that amount of time.
Certainly a huge recalibration on timelines for me as a potential investment.

Ask yourselves why the hell would nukem increase stake and then want to throw good money to bad? Additionally. They will want the share price to grow gHere on in. With the company. IMHO.

Yup - that's not to say there aren't good opportunities out there but you must keep your eye very closely on cash and revenue - a lack of those two are it's a sorry tale.

Rhatton exactly. A lesson I learned a long time ago. They all talk a good game but virtually none actually deliver, meanwhile collecting big wages for delivering failure.
Stick to the basics cash position. Profit/loss and growth the rest is just noise

I was an avid supporter and investor of this 2019-mid 2023 but the writing is on the wall. CEOs will tell you anything to try to keep the a positive spin on a company and the lights on.
Richard hullihen who I was in touch with fairly regularly through email… looking back at some of his replies now regarding finance in 2022 is laughable really.

Moon the moron your one of those who even in the face of obvious evidence can't admit he's wrong and contours to be proved wrong by people far more iteligent. Pretty much the definition of a mad person.

Considering it was oversold on the premise of obtaining funding and now announced a great supportive funding and some free government money thrown in.. then that is a crazy statement

Id imagine this goes bust in the next year or two due to inability to raise money / commercial targets not achieved.

It is crazy considering what valuation this was in 2021.

There's still hope that someone will do well out of this mess but I'd be reasonably sure it won't be current equity
