No Board should have wasted £27million like this.

The current CEO and Chairman and Board of directors are receiving top rate
salaries and directors fees.

They refuse to hold an investor meeting or any UK AGM where shareholders can raise their hand to vote.

They refused to answer questions shortly after FDA approval and only repeated versions of the presentation and disabled questions on the day.

It is long overdue that Mr Driehuys delivered his own university from research to clinical.
This is no longer a research project

Polarean technology may be first class but UK investors responsible
for financing it to this stage have had no return from it.

The CEO only refers to two shareholder groups.

Why have they left fund raise until now - are they running down the clock to the last two minutes- is it a shakedown.

Convert all trialists who have it already and love it... sometimes 2 times ;) in the next two years we have a profitable foundation. An high level de novo and one of the very top institutions in the u s came from nowhere... add these on top. Gas exchange on its way and a game changer and code enlargement for children. And potentially private health plans as these have started being put through as a precedence. I'm talking from a researched position.. parasites are exactly that, they just try to scare old grannies. Pathetic humans really. Sad.

They have 3 paid for sites functioning producing scans, target 5-7 2024. Two more. Duke is 100% in the bag I know I've researched deeply. Md Anderson top man stated also can't wait for it. Other triallists know its array of benefits and no radioactive improvements on traditional mri... as do Philips. Resulting in the great benefits for institutions and patients of being able to assess regular the state of the Lungs which radiation restricts. Go and find a company you like I would say. They need to generate a lot of revenue. I said back late last year time was ticking and they needed a lot of commercial traction early in 2024 - it hasn't happened.

It is curious GregB and DYMTurbo that theBoard of Directors has refused to do it.
Amaretto1 has a word for it.
It appears that the new CEO and Board are only interested in Bracco and Nukem
They seek finance via AIM. They cannot bring themselves to refer to shareholders.
The previous Chairman Mr Allis did
