Well run businesses that cater to addictions - whether drugs such as alcohol or tobacco, or activities such as gambling - will prosper. In my humble view, PLUS500 is one of such: and whilst the price will be volatile, because of so many reasons it's not necessary to list, the longer to long term will be upwards, with a decent dividend to boot. Given the lack of need for oodles of reinvestment or capital spending, buybacks of shares appear to me a very good way of utilising unneeded capital and supporting the share price as a result. I'm long, and staying so (regardless of shorters).

We are buying back at these levels ahead of results ,which will clearly be very impressive & with another impressive dividend , no doubt.The hedge funds shorting must collude/collaborate & they clearly expect our share price to bomb some time soon but there remains the possibility of our being granted licences in new & expanding markets which will hopefully fuel our growth further.At what point do the shorters either take their profits ,or losses, depending on the level at which they started shorting.

I presume they are doing their best to get this share price above 15 but should it not do this soon anyway if the results are as good as we expect?
