What is being discussed here are pretty well identical sentiments as compared with when the price was 300p, 600p, 1100p etc.

That said, the higher the forward P/E, the greater is the chance of loss were the unstated negative attributes to expose themselves.

However, this is a poorly analysed stock. In Feb this year, with the share price being around 1100p, it was obvious that the increased market volatility had not been properly factored into the share price By then it was clear that they had had a surge in new users.

My own view on the share price is that a significant discount is still required on account of the volatility of earnings. They would need to diversify their offering to offset that.

Medium term, imo, a very dangerous short.

This is quite the rebound after the fall earlier in the week, gave a great opportunity to buy - which obviously many have taken. And why not, big dividend en route and you are investing in what is essentially a cash machine.
